Friendly smiling faces, kept me up to date with repair process and excellent quality of work. Had some extra work done ( bumper repair and alloy refurb ) the quote was great.

I have an ongoing complaint with this company already and the site manager himself had promised to arrange my courtesy car himself and give me a call back to keep me updated on the progress.
That call back never came, and now I am without a car, have missed and will miss important family events, work and be unable to take my child to school on monday morning.
Communication from this company is absolutely shocking.
This review will be amended to further mention my already ongoing complaint once it has been resolved.

Looks as good as new and even dropped off my car to my place of work and took the hire car back for me great service 👌

Very professional, friendly, really easy to get in touch with and the work that was done on my car was brilliant. Also my car was spotless when I got it back inside and out 👌

Great repair of my car and very nice people

I thought the whole repair took far too long. My vehicle was collected on the 31st October 2022 and I had it back this week on the 10th January 2023. On inspecting my vehicle the passenger side rear wheel arch trim was loose and also on the rear of the boot on either side there is two marks from over spray, where it has been sprayed. The collection and delivery of my vehicle was all fine, just a shame the repairs weren't!!!

Very good communication & professional throughout the repair of my car, received weekly updates on progress & work was carried out to a professional standard, on hand over back to me my car had a mini valet, Very pleased with this company, would highly recommend.

I had to take my car to get some body work done I was recommended Fix Auto UK, OMG they have done a fantastic job, you wouldn’t of thought it was the same car.
The after service was second to none, very polite.

Good repair of the car but overall let down by bad customer service, 1st time they handed the car back they had damaged the side of the car at their garage, 2nd time a headlight still wasn’t working and was told I had to pay for it so third time I accepted it back. Took 2 months to get my car back.

Very pleased with all the aspects of the work undertaken ,the people picking up and dropping the car were respectful and professional and I was very impressed with the repair

Customer service is impeccable, the work carried out was to the highest standard.

My car needed repairing after a bump, they were very friendly and explained all the work they would undertake to get my car back on the road, it only took a week and the work they did was first class, definitely recommend them

Fab company…. Trust worthy and really helpful. Should I ever have any issue again before I’ve even called my insurance company this is who I will be calling.

My repair took over 3 months due to parts shortage. Never got any updates. Very difficult to actually speak to anyone there. I left voicemails but got no response. They took payment when work done, but then my car failed the QC check and had to wait for further work to be done. My fully electric car finally returned to me with "critical low battery charge - performance will be affected" in red on my dashboard display. The guy who returned it to me joked he was worried he might not get to delivery point before charge ran out completely! Luckily I have a charge point at work, but what if I did not? I would not have been able to drive home in my own car! If there was an option for zero stars rating I would have chosen that instead, but one was the lowest I could select. I would never choose to use this company again.
