Seamless insurance crash repair
Our insurer connected us with Fix Auto within a day of making our claim for damage to our Range Rover Velar. The assessment soon followed. We had a delay due to the Range Rover cyber attack closing parts distribution, and the team kept us updated. In the end the repair was done quickly and to our satisfaction. We received a loan car while ours was in for repair, nothing fancy but did the job.

I recently had repair work carried out on my Audi A5 by the team at Fix Auto West Hampstead, and I’m extremely pleased with both the service and the final result.
From start to finish, the team were professional, clear in their communication, and helpful in explaining the repair process. The damage involved significant bodywork to the side of the car, including a crease and distortion in a difficult area, so I was keen to see how the finish would turn out.
The workmanship was excellent and clearly done to a high standard:
Metal work: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ / 5
The crease was properly pulled and reshaped — this clearly wasn’t just hidden with filler.
Paint & blending: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5
The blending into adjacent panels has been done correctly, and even under harsh lighting the finish still looks spot-on.
Overall body finish: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5
If this car were on a forecourt, nothing would flag it as having had previous damage.
As an added bonus, the alloys were resprayed in black gloss, and the finish is excellent — even, clean, and very well applied.
Alloy finish: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5
The gloss level is consistent, the finish is smooth, and it really lifts the overall look of the car. A great extra touch that complements the bodywork perfectly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fix Auto West Hampstead to anyone needing quality bodywork repairs, particularly on a premium vehicle. The team clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result.

I had a great experience with this garage after bringing in my car with a scratched back bumper. They handled everything smoothly from start to finish. The repair work was great.
They also offered pickup and drop-off service, which made the whole process incredibly convenient and stress-free.
