At 39 weeks pregnant I was worried about being without a car and the team made sure to prioritise the job, working overtime so that we could have it back within 2 days. Outstanding in every way
It's not often that you come across a business as near to perfection as Fix Auto in West Kensington. This is the fourth time either my wife or I have had occasion to use them and I have yet to find a flaw in their service. Car was damaged on the Monday, insurance notified us to take it to Fix Auto the next day for examination. This was complete within 5 minutes. Parts arrived two days later - booked in for the following Monday. Job done by Monday evening. The car is handed back in 'as new' condition, right down to polished glass and gleaming tyres. Interior the same. I have now met just about their whole crew, from Aman and Hemal, the father and son franchisees, to the guys on the workshop floor; they all greet you with a smile and are so obviously determined to go above and beyond for their customers. Having your car damaged is a stressful occasion but Fix Auto West Kensingington almost - almost! - make one look forward to the next time it happens.
