Excellent communication. Car as good as new. Professional staff

The repair to my daughters car took far too long as parts had not been ordered , Car returned first time with damage to bonnet unrepaired and bonnet misaligned , returned with delivery driver, “repaired” for second time and returned however warning light on for open bonnet as the bonnet catch had not been replaced , returned again and fixed . Currently undergoing independent inspection following complaint to Elephant. Had to pay for wheel alignment to be carried out as garage had not checked and repaired following accident.

Said they would take care of it and that's exactly what they did. Excellent work on the repair, took a little longer [2 weeks] than we were originally told and one of the tires [front nearside] was slightly deflated on return, but that was nothing to do with the repair.

The team kept me informed at each stage of the repair and the sourcing of parts. The quality of the repair is excellent

Complete a repair on a Renault Megane ETech back in Sept 24.
Quality of communication was superb throughout. They were clear with the timescale and parts availability.
Quality of the repair was outstanding. Several months later and the repair is still identical to factory finish.

Excellent service from start to finish. The car has been repaired to an exceptional standard and looks brand new. From the car arriving with Fix Auto, the estimate and approval for repairs was all done within a few hours. A courtesy car was delivered quickly and efficiently. Our car was repaired much quicker than was expected. Couldn’t have been a better service, customer service staff and managers were excellent and patient explaining every step. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

The Standish branch repaired the bodywork and wheel on my car after another driver ran into my vehicle. I was contacted within 2 days of the accident and my car was collected for repair on day 3, which was impressive! I asked for an indication of the turnaround time and their estimation proved to be accurate which was also pleasing. I regularly received up dates on progress and all my questions about the repair were answered quickly, providing the detailed information I required. I found over the period that contact by phone was easy. When the car was returned I was delighted with the standard of work and the clean condition of the car, both outside and in. There was a minor issue, but as with all top companies, they addressed the item immediately and I felt the attitude in protecting their excellent reputation was paramount in the way they responded. I could not have been more pleased.

I visited the Standish workshops which were a number of impressive buildings. I could tell the company is highly organised with the resources and equipment to do a first class job. I spoke to and met approximately 6 employees during the repair and everyone seemed to care about the service they provide and their fit within the team. In these modern times this is a rarity which made my experience a good one.

I wish everybody at Standish much success and would highly recommend them.

I believe the following points which need attention maybe Group issues.

unanswered! I asked about the lack of e mail
response and never got a reply!

Work completed quicker than expected! Staff at all times were courteous, helpful, friendly and very reassuring. The job itself is as good as if not better than new. Cannot tell anything had ever happened. Vehicle returned promptly. Would definitely recommend, if you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstances that a repairer is required.
