My Fix Chocolate Experience

My Fix Chocolate Experience – A Cautionary Tale
I ordered FIX CHOCOLATE DESSERT - DUBAI/AL RIGGA because of the amazing reviews. Started with a variety pack for $108, then upped it to two packs ($216) to qualify for free shipping over $200.
Then things got weird.
They asked for Zelle payment. Reluctantly, I sent the money.
A few days later, they claimed I hadn’t paid for shipping.
I reminded them free shipping was for $200+ orders — they said that only applies within Dubai (fine print never mentioned).
I asked them to remove one pack and use the rest of the money for shipping. They said, “It’s already packed.”
They asked for $60 shipping + $40 insurance. I sent another $100.
Three days later? No package.
They emailed: “You don’t have it yet?”
Then: “You need to pay customs.”
(I researched — there are no customs on items under $800.)
I asked for a tracking number. They claimed they sent it.
They didn’t. I checked every email. Nothing.
This started on April 13th. Over 100 emails later — I still have no chocolate, no tracking number, and no real answers.
They’re responsive… but I honestly don’t believe the package was ever shipped.
Sharing this so no one else goes through the same thing.

Scam Alert: Fake Chocolate Store

This website is a fraudulent online store impersonating "Fix Chocolate" in Dubai. It falsely claims to sell chocolate products but coerces users via live chat into making payments through Recharge.com, which are then used to fund PCS Mastercards – making chargebacks impossible.

- Victims lose money without receiving any products.
- Fix Chocolate in Dubai has confirmed they only sell via Deliveroo.ae.
- The site uses HubSpot and WhatsApp chats to manipulate users into fraudulent transactions.

This scam is actively defrauding people! Don't fall for it!
