This is a Horrible Company to deal with

This is a Horrible Company to deal with. They ripped me off sent me the wrong battery after i called and verified with them before ordering the part and still sent me the wrong battery. They wont give me a full refund and in order to gt my cost for the defective and wrong sz battery That they sent me They want me to pay another $10.00 shipping to send it bk. So basically Im out of my Money and nothing to show for it I still need a battery for my ipod. I would never ever recommend Fixez to anyone. They are non ethical and hard to deal with their company lacks knowledge and good customer service practices

Order # 1341015 NEVER HAD A PROBLEM

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM - MY FAVORITE SUPPLIER. I think some people do not know how to repair their device so they blame the parts supplier. This company is honest. They have high quality parts. I get all my parts from them for my repair business. Mobile phone is the smallest most complicated computer on the planet - make sure you know what you are doing be fore you take it apart - then do not blame the supplier for your lack of knowledge. Nice website; wrong part

Nice website, insanely fast shipping NG. But I got the wrong color screen (didn’t match my order or the package label) and the touch sensitivity is not great...definitely not OEM sensitivity. I Don’t even have a protector on it yet.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Total scam, sold used equipment, opened RMA for return and then refused to return the purchase. Contact your credit card company and dispute the charge, Many other users are reporting the same experience with this company. I am also contacting federal authorities as well.

Horrible customer service.....

First tablet glass I ordered died in about 45 days. Cost me $10 to ship back THEIR defective glass. Order was lost costing me to put off the customer an extra week. Finally received replacement glass. Replacement glass would not plug up properly. Contacted live chat concerning issue with plugs being out of alignment and having to twist cable to get them to align properly and still would not plug in correctly. They instructed me to ship it back. Cost me another $10 to ship the replacement back. After receiving they refused to replace under warranty due to the plug or plugs being damaged. WHICH IS WHY I CONTACTED THEM TO START WITH AND WHY I SHIPPED IT BACK TO START WITH. You can't get anything by email. It's like they just keep copying and pasting the same response. So, I tried live chat and the chat agent just dropped me and never responded again. I made the first phone call and was told they would call me back in an hour. 6 hours later I called them back and was told they would have to research and call me back. Again, in 1 hour. It has been a week now and nothing. Might qualify as the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ended up having to pay out of my own pocket for a new glass to satisfy the customer. I will never order for Fixez again and warn you that if you do to do it at your own risk. I have probably spent $700 over the past few months and they have lost a customer over a piece of glass that they probably didn't have $50 invested in.

Purchased a replacement screen for my laptop. Determined the original screen was not the issue; returned the screen untouched. They refused to refund due to damage. If it was damaged, that was how they sent it. Total ripoff. Find a more reputable dealer.

Fixez sent a defective part

Fixez sent a defective part, then required me to pay shipping back...ok. then they sent another defective part, same routine. then they issued a partial refund (of the part only) and didn't even pay for their original shipping costs.
Each transaction took around 3-4 weeks, around 20 emails and their customer service is painful, never again!

Purchased a replacement screen for my…

Purchased a replacement screen for my smart watch. Website stated it was compatible with my device. It was not, after installing watch would not charge or turn on. Got RMA and returned the item. After receiving the item back Fixez.com stated they would not issue a refund because the item they received is not theirs. It is the only replacement screen I ordered and returned the exact item back. After doing further research this is the same tactic they have used on other customers.
