Great service, fast turnaround. My Beats Studio pro look brand new after replacement of the inner arm.Also great communication, made me aware of another crack on the outer arm I had not seen and ask if I wanted the extra work taken care of, which save me the trouble to have to resend them in the future. Highly recommend.

Excellent service received the headphone back asap even though I sent them over Easter I would highly recommend using this company and will definitely be recommending this to everyone

Absolutely cracking service. Found these guys online after being told by a local shop there was no chance of fixing my beats solo three headphones. The Service from fix headphones was smooth, fast and perfect. Could not have asked for better. Turnaround time was quick, so I had them back in time for my holiday. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Such amazing service right from the enquiry right to the end. I wasn't sure which service I needed to get for the damage to my Beats Studio 3's - I sent an email and got a prompt response. When I ordered the repair, there was communication at every step of the process which I really appreciated. My Beats are back in shape, looking and working as great as when I got them. Sent off my Marshall Major IV headphones for repair as the cushion part of the on ear had started coming apart to reveal the foam inside the cushion. They’re back in perfect condition within a 3-4 day turnaround. I had the headphones lying around for months, even bought cheap Bluetooth ones whilst I procrastinated about how to repair the Marshalls. Fab service, wish I had done it sooner!

Wrong product was sent (battery)

They sent me the incorrect item - they did dispatch a new one the same day however they asked me to pay to return the wrong one they sent.

They did say they would refund me the cost of postage, but I would have much rather liked a pre-paid postage that I could have printed out as I do not ever have stamps at home (this is what they suggested I use).

I will be potentially updating this review based on receipt of the correct item or not.

The company reached out with a clear and thoughtful explanation, which I really hugely appreciated. I fully support small businesses and am always conscious of how much impact a negative review can have, so I make a point of hearing their side.

While the issue was resolved quickly, I did have to call, push for a proper postage label (they initially expected me to use my own and reclaim it), repackage the item, and send it back. It’s a shame I had to leave a Trustpilot review to get the kind of feedback I got, but I’m glad it prompted a proper response.

Overall, they clearly listened to what I said, and I’m much happier to have a well-thought-out reply – it makes it easy to see why so many reviews are 5 stars. I’m considering updating this to 4 stars, but its still a little fresh, so that probably won’t happen for a week or so while I reflect (pretty sure I will though).

Well my first time using this company is nothing short of outstanding.
Very quick turnaround of repair and return, and I’m pretty sure they also changed the other ear pad as well.
