I first contacted this company in October to repair a product. Initially very helpful indeed. My product has only just been returned to me and it does now work which is great; however, they need to so... See more

We work hard to provide high-quality repairs and excellent customer support. While we aim to satisfy every customer, expectations should be realistic—we are not the manufacturer, and repair limitations such as part availability or lead times are beyond our control. Negative reviews often come from misunderstandings or not reading the information provided on our website or in emails. We encourage potential customers to consider both positive and negative reviews, as well as our responses, to get a fair picture of our service. If you genuinely need a repair and understand that we are here to help—not as a charity but as a professional service—you’ll find the process straightforward. If in doubt, always check our FAQ for clarity before proceeding.

Back in January 2026 I enquired if they could fix two portable DAT recorders, a Sony and an Aiwa, relatively specialised and long out of manufacture. They said the could and I posted them off. To cut a long story short they came back to me after several weeks to say that unfortunately they couldn't and they would return them.
By chance a month ago I ran into an old friend who used to service these for a major AV company, he offered to help. His report was that someone else had unfortunately damaged some of the components in the Sony to the extent it was irreparable. The only other people who'd ever opened it up were Electronic Partners. I know this because I'd owned the Sony from brand new and it had never been opened up before.
Maybe Electronic Partners are good at fixing washing machines, I don't know and quite honestly I wouldn't recommend them for that either. In my opinion I think whoever tried to effect the repair on my Sony Dat was dishonest.
Poor. I sent my Garmin Swim 2 swimming watch to them to have the battery replaced. It took almost 3 months to fix and return, which was bad enough. I used the watch to pool swim and it stopped working. I returned the watch under warranty repair but it was logged as "customer induced damage" and the water seal cannot be guaranteed. The repair cost is more than I bought the watch for initially.
So, certainly avoid this company if you want your device to be water proof afterwards.
I was very pleased I didn't want to buy a new music centre they don't make them like id got all in one stack had it mended the price was very good they kept me informed all the time what was need and how much the part was I recommend them
The whole process was so easy. Deliver parcel to the Post Office tracking was good I was kept informed of each stage I felt I was involved at each point, the whole process was good. My watch having posted it on a Monday it was back on my wrist by Friday
Electronic Partners exceeded my expectations. I received a speedy quotation for the repair of two faults on my 6yr old Garmin Fenix watch.
I use it regularly so opted to pay for the priority repair and the delivery label/insurance option.
My watch was assessed accurately on receipt then repaired and returned working, within the working week.
I’m delighted to have my watch back again in fine working order, with both issues repaired satisfactory and a warranty given.
Thank you!
Now I've ever charged me for a simple job that would have normally cost-free to £5 , just for a replacement, something I could have done myself if I had the equipment and know how where other places charged between 5 to £10. This particular package for this repair was a ridiculous amount. Considering I already told them that all it needed was a replacement Lens for a game boycott and they charge me extra. Saturday didn't need a charge, but because I signed a contract. It's it's illegal. It's legally binding. And I hardly recommend staying away from these con merchants, and when I have complained about it, they premiered laughed me off the phone I kept asking me, why not choose to have a why not choose other people? And I didn't know what to say, because I felt swindled and angry. Seventy seven pound so my word of advice, anyone thinking about going to electric and partners stay away.Stay very far away. You've been warned

Initially quoted over £130 to do a diagnostic to find out the issue with my Powerbank showing a 240 volt output fault , the diagnostic time being set at 2 hours . Further £90+ requested for further diagnostics with repairs still not quoted or any advice given on its feasabilty considering the retail value of the powerbank was only £650 ?. Initially told their courier could not pick up the powerbank so I paid for it to be delivered BUT when I asked for it to be returned THEIR courier could do the pick up and deliver it ???
Powerbank now has another fault in that the 12 volt output does not work so I am left with a 22kg paperweight , well done EP.
UPDATE
As the 12 volt socket does not work now they have requested a picture of the fault ???
I despair at what a picture of a 12 volt socket will show them !!
Just be aware Diagnostics are not free and could cost more than the item is worth ? Repair estimates are free only when you have paid through the nose for a diagnostic assessment , be warned !
Update 2,
After many back and forth discussions that got me nowhere as even the electronic experts could not identify the fault without further expensive diagnostics , I have decided to GIVE UP and hope my review at least warns others with similar issues to be aware ! The thing is you are drawn in by their 'Free Estimate' BS and when they have got your item you just want to get it back repaired so play along with the diagnostic cost as part of the process !!!

Avoid this company if you value your equipment, your money, or honest customer service.
EP quoted me for repairs to my amplifier, including replacing defective capacitors, resoldering joints and cleaning switches “to restore proper operation”. They also conveniently add postage as a separate extra cost AFTER the quote. I paid in good faith expecting an actual repair.
What I got back was an amplifier in a WORSE condition than when I originally sent it. It would not even power on correctly when connected to the mains. Anyone with basic common sense could see immediately that the unit had either not been properly tested before return or had been further damaged during the process.
Their website proudly claims: “Real Repairs, Not Just Part Swaps.” Ironically, replacing capacitors is exactly what they did before sending the amp back broken and then hiding behind small print claiming they only offered a “partial repair”. Strange how this was never made remotely clear when taking payment.
I even obtained a CCJ in my favour against them and STILL cannot recover my money because the company appears to operate without any meaningful UK trading presence and is registered in the Seychelles. -despite a UK address where 'work' is clearly being carried out.
To be fair, I do not doubt they can handle simple fixes. But in my experience, anything more complicated seems to become: diagnose problem, take payment, fail to repair, deny promises were made, then ask whether you would like to pay MORE money for another attempt!
You can always ask their customer service chat how much of this sounds familiar - the AI they use to respond to your queries/emails is suprisingly honest.
*edit. I note they have responded to my review with some Ai waffle... just like to point out again: a ccj was awarded in my favour against them. They are not even registered in the UK.

Great experience with fixing my keyboard and decent price
It's a great service, I mistakenly broke my beats headphone in the gym. It has sentimental value as it was a gift from loved ones. They replaced the broken part and even went one step further by repairing the hissing sound caused by water ingress.
They were constantly keeping me informed by sending update of each stage of repair.

I wanted to have my Pioneer AV amplifier repaired by a recommended Pioneer specialist. My search led me to Electronic Partners. After reading the reviews and procedures for posting my package, I sent my amplifier to Electronic Partners to be repaired. The service was as professional as you can get. Communication was on point and detailed, after paying the fees my amplifier was returned via DPD on time. Thank you Electronic Partners for your service, Top Notch 10/10.

I have used Electronic Partners three times now. The first was for a dishwasher PCB which they successfully repaired and which saved me from having to buy a new machine, saving me hundreds of pounds. The second and third was for repairs to a Bose player and Bose speaker. The service has been excellent and efficient. I'm really pleased to have been able to have these items fixed rather than have them replaced at considerable cost.

Everything from first contact to delivery of fully repaired Bose Headphones was excellent. I was even pleased with the final invoice which quoted me in gbp. What was not so impressive was that having paid over the phone with my credit card, I saw the transaction was in a foreign denomination and so incurred a transaction fee. I’m not too sure about the legality, however, when my email of complaint was bounced I gave up trying to challenge it and put it down to experience

Electronic Partners is an excellent company that offers fast, professional, affordable, reliable service and fast return. I’ve been a returning customer for years, and they’ve never let me down. Thank you for another great experience, my headphones look brand new!

I have no complaints. From first using the website to receiving back my watch, the whole process was easy and clearly communicated. I would definitely use them again.

I did some online research into who/which company could do a repair to one of my electronic devices. Electronic Partners came up with a very good quote and I proceeded with the repair. Postage labels were easy to download and print and the method of postage was also easy to deal with. As soon as Electronic Partners received my item, I received a confirmation email including access to my repair ticket portal which provided service updates. As soon as the repair was completed they issued their invoice. Payment was easy to make and within 24hrs I'd received confirmation of payment and that shipping would follow. The fault with my device has been rectified and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of service that Electronic Partners have given to me.

My headphones ANC feature stopped working , got quotes at £49 to fix them which I thought was a good price so i sent them off. Electronic partners said they’d cleaned the mic and that the noise cancelling was now working. Upon receiving the headphones back, the ANC was no different to before and completely not working. Electronic partners said to send them back and they can do further inspection so i did. Having sent them back they said they’d checked them and there was nothing wrong with them and that the noise cancelling was working as expected. They then charged me a further £10 for the inspection, and guess what, the noise cancelling still doesn’t work. They refused to give me my money back as well, stay clear at all costs, terrible company

Sent a Marantz Midi system which would not power up, was given a quote of £108 for repair which I accepted ,was told they needed to get parts and given a date of about 2 weeks for them to arrive. 3 months after being given 2 more dates for parts to arrive I receive and invoice for £474.00 saying the unit needed a new mother board after being quoted and paying the £108 they said would do the repair. Feel like I've been scammed AVOID AT ALL COSTS
