There are companies that provide the same service cheaper. The reason I tried them was because I had a discount. From pickup it took them 9 days to fix a puncture and perform basic service.

I'm sorry that your bike didn't had the air in rear tire! Our driver should have missed it while delivering it, usually if there is any problem while delivering, we take the bike back and fix it and deliver the perfectly working condition bike.

Some communications issues, but has potential!
Had some issues both on pickup and delivery as they only have one driver in Gothenburg. For pickup they needed to change the date bc of sickness - all well of course since they contacted me to confirm, but when the same happened for delivery I didn't get any email, call or anything until I emailed them.
All in all, I think it can be great as they grow, and for people without any bike shops nearby.
(Very happy with the actual service done on my bike!)

Fantastic service and great pricing! Pick-up and delivery was very smooth and on-time (set by the customer in 2h intervals!). The bike feels like new again, so big thanks to both Fixi and Sjöstaden Cykel :-)

Bumpy start ends with a great, smooth experience
A bumpy start, with Fixi systems not synching. I called the service place I chose. It was overloaded with work and sadly only had 1 guy working on service. I was told it would take 3-5 days to change my tube. It said 1 day on the Web site.
My advice is to call and check with your chosen service provider before placing the order.
After chatting with Fixi, they initiated pick-up from the original service place, delivered to another of their choice. My bike was fixed at a cheaper rate and delivered to me within 4 hours of contact. It took around 21 hours in total from home pick-up to return.
Excellent service-minded attitude. Much better than the time frame of 3-5 days I was given originally. Thrilled I can bike this weekend. Thanks Fixi and all service providers for this wonderful concept, that works!
I recommend Fixi and will definitely use them again.
