It Has not been a good experience I…
It Has not been a good experience I purchased the items on Friday as I needed them for a job today Monday I paid extra to have them delivered next day
They missed the next day schedule delivery, I then had a message from the delivery company saying that they would be here today between 7.40 and 11.40
I came home 25 miles to pick them up it's 12.30 now and they are still not here, so it's cost me a days work.

Just to clarify, our next day delivery on a Friday order is scheduled to arrive the following Monday, so the delivery date itself was in line with what you paid for. The part that went wrong was the courier missing their own promised 7.40 to 11.40 window on the day, which understandably cost you time waiting around for a job. Easy to navigate your site, rapid response and delivery of the item ordered, not happy with DPD unfortunately as they will insist on putting any parcels they deliver in my greenhouse or outside my greenhouse, I have told them in several occasions but it's falling g in deaf ears .
