It says not to place lcd touch screen on the magnetic matt..but when i received the package the lcd sceen was packed with the matt side by side.....it made no sense

I had been on Amazon to buy this sim card tray and the part arrived and didn't fit my phone, even though it was advertised for a black iPhone 5. Fix it has very accurate descriptions the part was actually the right part for my phone. I am very satisfied and would recommend this company to friends and I'm quite sure that I will use them again in the future.

I ordered this kit but it came with no instructions as to how to replace the cracked screen on my iphone. I got the screen replaced but the home button doesn't work. there seemed to be no provision to make it work either.

This was a terrible purchase. Charged my phone one or two times and the charger stopped working. Got frustrated and went to an electronics store and purchased another one that is working perfectly.

Bought the replacement screen for an iPhone 5s. The hole for the home button was too small for the button. The screen broke as I was trying to force it in. When I re-checked the website, it indicated that they would not make any refunds for parts damage during installation. Like it was somehow my fault that their part was not the right size.
Will never purchase from them again and will tell anyone I can not to do so as well.

I received a display that was missing a part or not working properly. Once I got in contact with the company they quickly sent me a replacement and a return label for the defective part. I would recommend!

I installed new screen , works perfect.

In the upper left hand corner of my screen there are 2 green bad pixels. I ordered two screens, one off of eBay from a random seller and one from this company. The one from ebay had the nice plastic chassis for both the camera and for the screen backlight sensor. The screen I ordered from this company had neither. I was very disappointed in the product, and I am not going to go through the work of getting an rma because that's just a headace and I wouldn't have a screen for my phone. so now I have to deal with this.
