I ordered a button for my iPhone 5 and it arrived in pieces. There is no way to get a full refund, because you have to pay to ship the broken part back, even though it arrived that way.

The first time was the wrong item, my fault. I want to send it back but no return label came with either item.

I've replaced 3 iPad screens before with no problems. This time there seemed to be something wrong with the ribbon cable running from digitizer screen down under the display. I had to uninstall and reinstall the screen a few times to get the cable to sit in a position that enabled touch gestures to work without stuttering or sometimes even registering touches when nothing touched the screen. I originally positioned this one the same way as the others I've done, but something was making a faulty connection. After a few tries it now seems to work fine, but it was definitely a hassle getting it to work right.

4 stars since I received the parts on 4th day instead of 2nd or 3rd as Priority Mail shipping indicates. But this could be USPS fault.

the shipping was fast but the website lacked information, it said if you have a damaged screen buy this, so I did, thinking that it would have everything I needed. unfortunately I got just a screen, no tools, nothing, I had to disassemble my entire phone to put it on and buy a repair kit. I could've gotten the entire screen and kit for $10 more on eBay.

I ordered an new iphone 5 screen. It shipped fast (2 days) and I was able to install it in less than 15 minutes. It works great!

Instead of paying a $165 deductible for a replacement phone I decided to try fixing it myself. I watched a youtube video and had my new screen replaced in 10 minutes. I was suprised it was so easy. A pair of tweezers are recommended. Proper tools are a must also. Great buy and over one hundred dollers saved! Thanks.

The repair kit could use a pair of tweezers, but included all the tools needed to open the Iphone, remove parts, and reassemble. I used youtube videos and had the phone repaired in a couple hours fist time and saved about $80.
