These guys are the absolute dons when it comes to repairing macs and the knowledge professionalism they work with is beyond expectation. I would highly recommend them with very reasonable prices and cost effective solutions they're top of their game thank you for your help advice and support - will be bringing my imac next

Not as straight forward as originally diagnosed. Eventually had to get a replacement machine. However, Will was straight with me, kept me in the loop, offered a full refund after initial attempt to fix my machine. I hung in there, went for a replacement machine, that Will found for me.
Great packaging, and tracking with UPS. Admittedly painful for a bit, but was pleased at the genuine way Will tried to work something out. Back in the game!

I've been a mac user for over twenty years, and have had to involve repair people a long the way. I have been over the moon with the service I've received from 'Fixmybrokenmac. Everything from engineers that really know a mac and don't just fit new parts like most other companies do, good turnaround time to ciollection and delivery. This time it was a MacBook that needed repairing, I received trusted advice and fair pricing. I will be using this company again whenever the next breakdown happens. And yes, I will tell all my mac user friends about this company.

My MacBook was unwakeable. I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg to fix or that I may need a new one. It is now working just as before but is quite old so I may still need a new one anyway. iPod Classic also mended. Went to Apple first but they called it VINTAGE! And chased me off down towards the Digbeth area where I found refuge at 3 Gibb St, B9 4AA.
