iPad with broken screen: online instructions on paying (not expensive !) packaging & postage were very clear & delivery was acknowledged promptly. I was informed when the iPad was repaired & dispatched & received it back within 6 days of sending despite my rural postcode. Very pleased & relieved.

Riffi provided excellent service. They fixed my busted MacBook in 3 days for 1/4th of the price that Apple was quoting. Could not be happier with their services.

Very efficient and professional. Apple quoted me around £500, which I was not prepared to pay. FMBS gave me a new screen and contacted me to offer a new housing as mine was dented, which was showing on the screen too. They did this and sent the Macbook back and I got it the next day in my original packaging.
Very impressed with the efficiency, it was collected Monday, received by them on Wednesday and I got it back on Saturday morning

This time glass, LCD and battery replaced.

Sent off an iPad 11” M2 on Thursday with a broken front glass.
Came back Wednesday and you’d never known it had been broken, let aloner epaired or worked on.
The price is comparable to others. The service however is first class.
Should other family members ever have an “oops” I know for certain where I will be sending the item to.

I dont know why this place get mixed reviews the website is easy to navigate with a transparent and VERY reasonable pricing system. Dropped my lappie off on Sunday and collected on Tuesday. I opted for the screen and battery replacement all for under £200 and the guy in the shop was brilliant. Its given my 2017 macbook pro a stay of execution for a few nore years. 100% recommended! 🙌

Quick & excellent service, my iPad now looks like new.

iPad battery replacement seems fine but they really need to sort their approach to customer care: rubbish automated answering service (it says stay on the line and someone will speak to you, then the line just goes dead each time), and 'update' emails about when devices are ready for collection are apparently automated but were misleading as not updated at all. And one of the blokes in the shop is obtuse, charmless and plain rude - shame the rest of the business has to be judged by his creepy attitude.

Struggled to find somewhere to send my MacBook Air. Found this company and everything has gone like clockwork - ordered a new screen and paid on the Sunday - item collected by my postman on the monday and back with me one week later all fixed for a fraction of the cost quoted at the Apple Store.
Thanks for providing a very good service and for the communications received to confirm laptop received, being inspected, repaired and then delivered back to me.

Efficient and friendly service!

Customer service was very good with prompt, helpful response to phone calls. My screen was replaced in a couple of days using what I understand was a second hand screen in good condition. The drawback was that Royal Mail next day delivery did not live up to its name. Returning the laptop they failed to use the designated safe place so I had to collect it a day later from a post office.

Had a replacement screen on my watch, superb service all round. Great communication throughout, very reasonable pricing and very quick turn around time. Would highly recommend watch is as good as new.
