I would highly recommend using fixmycar. I was able to schedule ahead and pay online with ease. Nothing is more convenient than having your car fixed at the comfort of your own home! I had my brake pads/rotors replaced. I called around to get quotes and fixmycar had the most reasonable price. Douglas was our mechanic. Although there was an issue of not having our parts on time and being late, he did call and let us know. He had to go out of his way to pick up our parts an hour away. He also worked around our busy schedule to come back at a more convenient time to complete the job. He was super sweet, attentive to detail and knowledgeable. Thank you!
I'm disappointed in this company so far. I spoke to someone on Wednesday but decided after reading reviews that it wasn't a good idea. Someone called me on Thursday and asked if I wanted to schedule I said no and she asked why. I told her it was because of the bad reviews. She showed me I was reading the wrong company reviews and I decided to schedule. My quote was more than it was the day before because the labor was misquoted but that was ok. In order to schedule I had to set up a payment and it already charged me before services where done. The time came for the mechanic to show and nothing. Not even a call. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. Then an automated message told me to leave a message because it was after hours. I tried texting and emailing. This is so unprofessional. I don't have access to my funds that were charged ($300) and my car hasn't been fixed. Should have listened to my gut the first time. Hopefully I get my money back so this can be the end of it.
Douglas was very professional, answered all questions and went above and beyond.

Fix my car is wonderful and super convenient, I will definitely be recommending your company to everyone. The no stress factor of having the mechanic come to us was fantastic. Our alternator went out on one of our vans and we needed some other basic maintenance things taken care of as well. Our technician was Douglas he was on time very friendly and quick. He made the repair and performed all the maintenance needs for both our vehicles in a timely manner. He made a few recommendations to us but was in no way pushy about getting extra things. I will definitely appreciate that. I will be very happily making use of your company again in the future. Thanks for everything.

Theresa was very helpful on the phone and was able to help me Schedule an appointment for next day. Brian was my Mechanic for a no start diagnosis. I was upset because he came and said it was the battery and left. Got a new battery and not the issue . So I’m having to search for a new mechanic. Threasa did discount me 29 dollars. I just wish I could know the issue . I was told they couldn’t help me because it was a bmw. Later I did reach out to Brian and he was helpful on the phone with things. I really wish he could have found the issue. But due to my battery being dead he could not do further tests.I was hoping to start a membership but I was not helped.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I scheduled diagnostic services and a quote for repair more than 4 days in advance. I took the day off from work to ensure I was available.The mechanic texted he was on his way at 1:41pm and I responded I was waiting at 2:05pm. After waiting for the full 2 hour window without him showing up, I contacted customer service at 4:10pm inquiring to the mechanics location and ETA. She stated she would contact him and return my call. I received no communication back so I contacted at 4:55pm (which is 5 min before Customer Support closes) I was placed on hold for more than 8 min and simultaneously was sent a text message stating mechanic was not coming and that he had attempted to contact me several times. The after hours message line was initiated and I was left stuck without a resolution. If the mechanic had been trying to contact me as she said, then why did it take her an hour to get in touch with him? I left a voicemail for them to reschedule me for the next available appointment. No return phone call at all. To top it off they attempted to charge my credit card for services they did not provide. Luckily I saw this behavior coming so I blocked their transaction prior to their attempt. This company has been very unprofessional and even until this point has made no attempt to make this right with me.

Brian did a great job on a repair that was more then a pain in the butt. I would definitely recommend his service as well as use it again.

Carlos is an Amazing mechanic! Came to my house bc I couldn't get my vehicle elsewhere. Extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He had no problem explaining to me what was wrong and diagnosing the issues in details that was easy for me to understand. My mechanical ability is horrible, lol. Thank you Carlos! Carlos was my mechanic, I prayed for an honest God fearing mechanic to come to me, and Carlos was exactly the mechanic I was looking for. He explained the things that needed attention and helped me set up the appointment to get the work needed done on my car. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!
Philip was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He saved me from having to buy a new engine. Which is what I was told I needed at Firestone. When in actuality I needed a waterpump. Very big price difference. Thanks again Philip
