Philip, I just want to take this time out and say thank you so much for servicing my vehicles. You have done such a wonderful job. Most technicians aren't as honest as you. A lot of them are rip offs. You'll prices are reasonable. Thank you again Philip!

Philip is a rare technician to find. He is honest, professional and skilful. He just observed the car for a few minutes and said “ the battery is the problem; change the battery and the speed sensor issue will correct” I changed the battery and all the dashboard error lights turned off and speed sensor started working again. Other technicians would sought for ways to extort money from clients, but he didn’t. Thank you Philip.

The tech was on time and courteous. Convenient service at almost half the cost of a shop. Will definitely use them in the future for any repairs that may come up.

I received service that was not completely done and no one has called back to try and fix the situation definitely will not be using them and out of 300

I have to give it to the manager Eric for reaching out and correcting my situation, anytime I messaged him I always received an response he definitely can get the situation corrected and I’m so appreciative of him and this company so for that I definitely have to give them 5 stars he made sure that I was satisfied with the service, I can’t thank him enough

A tech came out today, Sean Williams-Harris. He took great care of my car and he showed me what was wrong with it. He showed me other things that need replacing due to wear and tear. Great communication before coming to see my car. Very honest and easy to work with.

Mr. Nolen did an awesome job on my suv. He was able to get my A/C back functioning properly. He was meticulous in his inspection & honest when giving his analysis/suggestions going forward. I really appreciated his suggestions.

Had an engine misfire issue. Took no time for Nolan to confirm his theory. Promised he’d fix it on a specific date and made sure it was even though he had to work at it until 10pm due to a parts mix up by the parts store. I let a shade tree mechanic work on my van. He needed to replace the oil gasket and he screwed it up. So i call fixmycar and he came early and the got the job done.

James was great!! He was v punctua, ON THE DOT.!!! Very kind man. He came to install a new alternator, but it turned out the problem was just a broken belt that costed me $4.39. So he saved me $195.00 that I will get back when I return the not needed alternator!!
He fixed it in a prompt manner!!
