The design for the Driver Update pages is user friendly. It is very easy for users to understand what it is that they are downloading, how long it will take to download and exactly which button can be clicked to download it. In addition, a user can select the specific device that they are using. I really like the design. It is super cool and easy to use.

I manually search for software to update drivers when I seem to have a problem with software after a change in hardware. It is a big time consuming guessing game choosing which area is problematic, then sub-area and finally searching for legacy on the web. I never know if I fixed it, or if anything even happened. This site and product are excellent. User-friendly, to the point, and incredibly useful program.

The third column in the chart "select your device" was not legible. I don't know what was supposed to be in there. Otherwise it is a great looking site.

This website is easy to navigate and it is clear to see where to click on the download button. The landing page does a good job of explaining what the software does and how it works. I think this website could be helpful for anyone having issues with their computer.

I loved the website so much. I've been looking for literally months for a good driver website to get all my drivers from. Every website either looks untrustworthy or is very confusing. I've finally found the right one with fixyourerror. Within 30 seconds of being on the site, I found exactly what I had been looking for with no issues.

Hello. I love the fact that the text is easily readable. It is not too big, not too small. It is not cluttered with a ton of pictures that take away from the important text either. The areas that need to be clicked are very noticeable. Great job.

This website was very easy to use for a person like myself that gets confused easily when using websites. I actually thought it was very clean and concise to follow. I knew right away where to go in order to find the information I needed. The only thing I would say could use improvement would just be to make it a little more inviting with decorating the webpage. But again, I like that it isn't super busy and hard to figure out!

I like the ability to scroll through and select the needed computer, etc. However, that was the only thing that stood out. The website is not visually intriguing. The text just seems to run together. It also seems like the privacy policy could be off to the side, instead of in the middle of the selections.

I think the page was informative and has a good set up. It was easy for me to find what I was looking for and I learned a lot about my computer drivers. I would give this website a overall good rating.

I used the mobile device version. The website didn't work to well. The text was compressed to one word lines. The website did seem clear, from what I could see of it. The download spot was obvious.

All necessary and frequently sought out topics were clearly labeled and easily located on the page. Support is also available. The privacy policy needs to be edited for grammar typos.
