The website looks great and it's helpful for not so computer savvy people! It's well designed and easy on the eyes. It's clean, simple, and explains what it does so that anyone could understand it!

The website as a "brand" is not very clear. With that being said, the website is very precise as far as a tool to "Fix Your Error." I feel like if I actually needed to fix something all of the tools would be available right from the website. The presentation of the site is crisp and clean, and looks very sharp and professional. I would just improve only on the branding, as the appearance and functionality appear to be great.

Overall, the website is pretty good. The layout is clean and not confusing at all, and the selection process for finding your drivers is quick and straightforward. It was easy to find the drivers I needed in a hypothetical search, and downloading them was quick.

The website clearly tells visitors it's purpose and the download is easily located. The only suggestion I have is it should be more visually appealing and when viewing on a mobile device the text/links at the top of the page kind of overlap each other.

The design is clean and simple. First, you have the description of the app, then you're told how it works and then you get to see some FAQs - which are always helpful.

I appreciate how it doesn't take paragraphs upon paragraphs to explain everything. Instead, you just get the information you're looking for and it only takes a few minutes to get through it.

This might be my personal preference, but I found the landing page to be a little bit busy. I think that the layout could be cleaner and simpler. Additionally I don't particularly like the font chosen for the body text. I liked the Fix Your Error logo a lot and the toolbar at the top. I sort of wonder if it is necessary to take up space in the bottom left of the page with the Windows compatibility logos. Could those be placed elsewhere? Overall a decent design.

Looking at the landing page, one will see that page is simple, clean, and quickly explains what it does and does not. I really enjoy the explanation of what drivers are and how they can cause an issue for one's system. While the term drivers is thrown around in this modern age, how realistic that one understands what they do and do not. This page will not only help one with their printer issue, but goes further to explain why and how it will fix one's machine.
