Seamless and Stress Free Norway In A Nutshell Experience
Our experience with Fjord Tours Norway was excellent from start to finish. Everything was extremely well managed, and all the transport connections were seamlessly integrated, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. We didn’t have to worry about timings or logistics at any point.
A special mention for the luggage handling, our bags were transferred promptly and efficiently between destinations, which made traveling even more comfortable. Overall, it was a hassle-free and well-organized experience that allowed us to fully enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Norway.

A magical trip.
I was able to make adjustments to my booking up to the last minute. Every part of the journey was well organised and explained. The bus driver from the fjord was great fun and so helpful. Sadly it was a rail replacement service from Voss to Bergen but the station staff were extremely helpful.
The scenery from the train was so beautiful. We were sat on the left but it looked gorgeous on the right also. The train from Myrdal was charming and old fashioned- more lovely scenery. The boat across the fjord was magical with great information on screens and a lovely cafe for coffee etc.

In a nutshell, indeed.
We really got to see and experience a little bit of everything! Highly recommend. The self-paced development of the tour made it a relaxing way to travel and the directions to connect between all the travel legs were easy to follow. It was fun and breathtaking. Additionally, by extending a few nights in Flåm, we were able to participate in local fjord experiences that checked the box for taking an actual fjord cruise…something that had been on our bucket list. We decided it was better than a cruise because there were less people and we had personalized experiences and stories from the locals. We want to go back and see and experience more!

Bergen to Oslo
It was a long day and the tour was easy to follow. Locations were within easy distance to walk to, to get to each aspect of travel. Scenery was spectacular! We travelled from Bergen to Oslo in one day. Used the luggage transfer service that made travel easy as did not have to worry about lugging bags. When we got to destination hotel they were ready and waiting.

The best of Norway in a Nutshell
Each leg of the journey - the Voss train, the bus to Gudvangan, the electric boat to Flam, the Flam train and then the train on to Oslo was special - the Fjord boat ride the highlight.

Its a great trip!
The train, coach, and ferry were great. They were comfortable.
The hotel in Flam was nice. The breakfast was delicious.
