Great customer service, following up my delivery concerns! But they are using lethargic shipping agents, at least to Norway.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. I decided to do this one due to the false promises stated in their website. We order 3 custom shirts. One of them, the size was incorrect since they use SM as “slim fit” instead of traditional small size. Two shirts had the design in the front and the other in the back instead in the front for all as advertised. We contacted the company for exchange or refund and we were NOT allowed. CAREFUL: Despite mentioning in their website they accept exchanges or refund in case something is incorrect, they DONT. We just wanted the merchandise correct. They brushed us …. Apparently they don’t care
Basically, deaf customer service and by the way, the delivery took forever as well.
Do yourself a favor…. and look for a company in USA.

My partner and I are from different countries and we are currently separated due to visa issues.
Later in the year we will be together for a few months and how good is it going to be walking down a German street hand in hand wearing Flag Vibe clothing displaying our countries’ flags together.
The whole concept is simply amazing.

I happened to have a problem with the delivery, but the team took everything in charge, they informed me at every step, answered every mails, asked me at the end, to make sure everything was ok. Spectacular customer service. It's nice to see that there are still companies that care about providing good services. The T-shirt i bought is very nice, good quality and well printed.

Well made product, design

Their idea is unique and very appealing to people from around the world. My partner is Basque and to have the ability to share our countries flags on clothing, pendants etc is great. I bought two of the two flag pendant for both of us and they arrived quickly and the service provided excellent. Once constructive comment I would give is for them to offer a better quality more robust silver chain as the ones provided were not strong enough in my view. Thank you and I will be buying more products.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item. They do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges. Beware ordering from them or you might be stuck with items you'll never wear. For the amount they charge, they should have a better policy.
