Very poor service. I ordered a pack of strapless bras that I had seen advertised. When they arrived they were no where near the correct size. I returned them to the address on the package and they said that is the wrong one. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me half the money! I want a full refund. Still waiting

they have taken more out of my bank than I authorised. I have a bad feeling this is a massive scam and I will not even get the product. when I looked into my bank, this is the name they use to take the money out;

I authorised £12.22 with packaging from Apple Pay and £14.66 was taken out of my account.

Absolute disgrace of a company .Whatever you do don't buy anything from then .I bought two electromagnetic ice and snow removers .Surprise surprise they don't work and guess what they're not interested .Scammers.

Zero stars. When ordered price was inflated. VAT added plus extra charges on top of postage so from £8.50 to £15.25. initial tracking advice suggested posting from USA. Then tracking stopped. When queried tracking appeared and was in Chinese. Item ordered mid November for Christmas present. Arrived 3 January. Very poor quality calendar. Spelling mistakes. Will be going straight into the bin! Do not buy from this terrible company. They should be closed down before they scam more people!

Wouldn’t even order from this company, I ordered two tree ornaments on 3rd November and never come . If I could give zero I would. Joke of a company it is

Only give 1 stars as you can't enter a review otherwise now I bought some earphones that are supposed to translate languages but it failed to work I contacted the company and they asked for so many details like tracking number date of purchase name and address and a video showing the faults i gave them all the details except the video I told them that a video can not show this fault of not picking up any translation and it going on off as you need to put the earphones on I asked for them to let me send back gorgeous them to test it for themselves bur they are not helpful at all since seeing these reviews on here I now know why and I will put reviews out on Facebook and other channels to help innocent customers stop being ripped off you can also report them to your bank.

Even less if I could. My advice is do not buy from this store. I ordered two animal hangers. I was so disappointed so wrote back To Flair Frost and was offered 1 US dollar as compensation then was told the items would have to be returned to China and would I accept £3
compensation.

Order the 2 piece suit . Received approx 8wks later. Poor quality & a waste of money. Refused a refund. This can't be legal.

Order horse advent calendar, which finally arrived on 30th Dec. No leather headcollar was enclosed, just a very small cheap webbing headcollar that bizarrely buckles up on the wrong side. Some of the dates were missing. Some of the items, such as the magnetic hook and the mane comb were in there, but in my opinion without the leather headcollar, definitely not worth purchasing. Dread to think what slave labour in the far east assembled this poor quality item.

Absolute worst company ever they will steal your money and tell you item in transit they are not a uk company as they proclaim do not spend any of your money with them unless you want to loose it

Received a " horse lovers " advent calendar today ....29 Dec . Absolutely load of rubbish . Advertised as useful items for horse owners including door 24 .. leather headcollar .
I've attached photos of packaging which had only random numbers & contents which included plastic tot horses , horse shoe nails !!! A kitty shaped mitt ....a tiny nylon headcollar & other unidentifiable items . I've notified my bank who are investigating . Don't touch them with a barge pole .

Took over 6 weeks delivery for Christmas tree animal and bird tree decorations absolutely rubbish quality nothing like the advertisements atall I suggest you don't buy anything from this company. 0 out of 10

A Christmas present arrived today from this scam of a company, they are as much cashmere as the hairs on the palm of my hands, 30 days to get here, and i find out they are produced in a sweat shop 10 miles from where i live and could have got them for a 1/4 of the price these scammers charged. avoid at all costs, they will have changed their name before next Christmas to scam more people.

Complete scam company! I ordered the xmas tree baubles and I received bits of card, they also took a higher amount from my bank account, I made a claim on chargeback with my bank and got the full refund within 7 days, do claim but you must do within 120 days of your purchase, so act now and stop these scammers

I ordered tree hangers with so say carved animals looking out of tree what you get is flat acrylic pieces with pics on of the animal, their address is UK so I thought I was going to be ok. How wrong was I. Kept getting tracking so say from USA but turns out they order from a retail building in Hong Kong then send to you from their Uk address. Took 4 weeks to arrive in meantime found out lots of others were disappointed but it was too late for me. Tried to get a refund told to send pics even though they know what they send you then told not a problem with items. Opened case with PayPal eventually offered full refund but had to send items back to Hong Kong even though I did NOT order direct from there and it’s too expensive so I refused to do that as my full refund would be a lot less taking out cost of posting. I told PayPal the return address on package was their UK address but they said I had to send to the address they were given and because I refused to send to Hong Kong I will not get my money back. So this scamming company win and I lose now I have seen all these reviews and I’m so upset and angry how many people have had bad experiences with this company they should be shut down DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrendous company. Lied about origin of products - Sent tracking from America, which was a lie - then another from China.
Ordered advent calendars, only one of which arrived and then extremely poor quality and not as advertised! Ordered on 8th November, one arrived on 28th December. No idea where other is ?? Avoid, avoid avoid!! Complete liars and scammers!

Ordered a horse advent calendar. Took 2 months to arrive. Didn’t have any of the products advertised inside and what was inside was cheap tat and not fit for purpose. Avoid this company.
