If I could give them no stars I would avoid this scam company they invent there tracking first says in the USA customs now it’s in china!!!! They overcharge you payment card supposed to be £14 but charged me £25 will not refund any money I have reported this to action fraud do not place an order with this company ever

I ordered two calendars on the 19th November and after several emails-they finally arrived today (27th Dec) Were they worth the wait…NO! The quality is very poor. I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs!

Tracking hasn't changed for 20 days. Company keep saying item is on its way then send me a link to tracking information in Chinese, despite them purporting to be an American company. Have applied to bank for a refund. Learning point for me - always read the reviews before you buy. This company has bad reviews.

Don’t order from this Company. Product I ordered is inferior in quality and design and not how the product was advertised. I have asked for a refund but don’t expect to receive it or a reply. Do not order from this company. I would give them 0 out of 5 but had to give 1 to give my review.

It has come to my attention that I will never receive my order placed with you on the 20/11/24.
I would like a full refund of £12.53 back to my credit card immediately please.
This can be done as you have already refunded me the extra monies that were incorrectly taken when I initially placed my purchase.
This seems to be something that happens regularly after reading your reviews.
I believed you to be based in the UK as per your website address (.co.uk)
Your parcel tracking starts off as if from the USA then changes to China. When I emailed you to ask with whom and where my parcel is, you sent me a link which expects me to put my credit card details in and pay a further £1 to track my parcel. You obviously think I was born yesterday.
I am truly disappointed not to have this gift for my daughter.

They can’t keep getting away with this!

My in-ear translator finally arrived today (22nd. Dec.) ordered 2nd. Dec. What really annoyed me was the total lack of communication after placing the order with Flair-Frost. Nothing for three weeks, you have to wonder wether you have been scammed.

I put in an order 16th November fir Christmas and after writing many times, still have not received it!! Asked for a refund of £39 - heard nothing, will follow up small claims

Absolute scam, ordered horse advent calender beginning November and still not received. They fob you off in their emails, ive asked for a refund on a few occasions and nothing. Disgusted

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS IS A SCAM
I have had no estimated delivery date or tracking information all they do is fob you off with excuses that it’s being expedited but never arrived actually a joke

Do not use this company at any cost its is a total scam.
I have been waiting almost 2 months for 2 garlands.
I have contacted the company on numerous occasions only to fobbed off with some excuse....of its in transit, we contacted the shipping company to expedite your delivery.
I have implored them to refund me but to no avail and now I am out of pocket with seemingly no other options left open to me but to just accept I have been conned.

I have now waited over a month
Still not delivered and tracking says in transit
Fuming it was for Christmas

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Ordered over a month ago....still not arrived...keep sending different tracking details. Referred back to PayPal for refund. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I would not even give them one star. They are not customer friendly, they do not correspond and they have conned all buyers with the VAT charge. Goods are not in transit they are in storage in the UK, they are charging extra TAX which does not exist. Their tracking information is EXACTLY the same for everyone.

Zero stars - terrible company, product was nothing like what was advertised, had a nightmare trying to get a refund!! Avoid at all costs

I was charged more for my item than I was told (£31.63 instead of £26.36), the items took over a month and then I was told the items were delivered but they were not. They refused to refund and said I was responsible for finding the missing item. AWFUL.

ZERO STARS should be an option for this so called company. I wish I had looked them up before I placed an order. 10th November I placed my order, it was an advent calendar, now it's the 17th December (you can see my point).

Terrible communication and was told blunty that they do not give refunds.

Hope people see these reviews before purchasing anything from these ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

Scammers - do not use this company. Inferior goods, absolute rubbish. Took 6 weeks to arrive and incorrect tracking details given. Begrudge even giving one star but no option to give zero stars.
