DO NOT ORDER!!!!
I ordered a Nordic garland uk based delivery in 14 days, that was 6 weeks ago!
Messaged them they said it’s coming from the states, now says it’s in Birmingham that was 10 days ago, still no Garland.
Absolutely disgusting
SCAM company

SCAM...SCAM...DO NOT USE...Ordered from this company and the item still hasn't arrived after 6 weeks. They keep sending me tracking information and it started it's postage journey in the USA then arrived in the UK 3 weeks ago but still no parcel. Complained so they said they have sent it again and now the tracking says its coming from China!!!. Avoid if you don't want to lose your money...

If there was a zero rating, this scam company would have received it!
I ordered two ‘hand-made, wooden animal tree baubles’ from this ‘U.K.-based family business’.
What I eventually received a month later, after numerous emails and two erroneous tracking numbers, was two bits of plastic with paper images stuck on either side, tracked through dubious US address and shipped from China!
The website link is flagged as ‘unsafe- do not open link’ by my internet provider.
Yet another example of mis-selling on Facebook.
I should have remembered the old adage …..
If it seems to good to be true, it probably is!

Feeling a little scammed! I ordered cedar garlands in excess of £100 on 9th November. Delivery should have been within 14 days …. 35 days later and still nothing . One email to say they would expedite transport and nothing has happened . I have requested a full refund as it’s less than 12 days until Christmas …..

Tracked as far as Cardiff in November (I live in South Yorkshire) no reply from Flairfrost. Seems to me they are just stealing your money. Keep away!
Its Dec 12th now and nothing arrived yet.

Very Poor Experience. BUYER BEWARE

The way in which the Christmas decorations were advertised was misleading and induced me to make a purchase (£30) expecting ornate carved decorations, what eventually received were cheap poor quality printed decorations. Upon complaining and asking for a refund a gesture of goodwill only was offered at £3 later increased to £6.

Not impressed at all, poor service, recommend people avoid.

Bought what looked like Christmas wooden animal ornaments but what arrived were flat, grey and plastic. They also originally charged my card 7 pounds more than on the bill but corrected this after I wrote a strong email with screenshots. I hace sent two emails but still no reply. Avoid like the plague!

bought their electromagnetic wave anti freeze and snow removal device and it is absolutely useless. I contacted them they wanted photos and a video of it not working witch I sent ,got a Gmail back offering me 1 dollar off . What a joke . Stay clear of this company at all cost

I would NOT advise anyone to buy from flair-frost.co.uk. They do not despatch orders from UK.
Without giving details, I am suing, due to them losing my order & trying to charge me a redelivery fee!!!

I would give this company a zero if I could . Do Not buy anything from them. I ordered an advent calendar over a month ago and have still not received the item. I paid via Apple Pay and they took out an extra £8 from my account. I did raise this with them and got it refunded but it looks like from other reviews they do this often. I’m sure I will be disappointed with the product as well.

Shame you cant give zero stars.
Ordered a present for my daughter and after a month started chasing it to be told the tracking information was incorrect all along and it was somewhere in Glasgow and she was expected to go round every post office looking for it. Tried to get refund. Same cut and paste response to every email and no one even looked at the evidence i sent showing it was lost. Typical mentality of a product coming from china. avoid at all costs. Waste of money

Avoid this company I ordered Christmas garlands 5 weeks ago so plenty of time to use this season and still no arrival. Despite contacting customer services they have taken no ownership of the issue to resolve and are just blaming the courier. They have £44 of my money and I have no garlands. Disgraceful service

Ordered 2 Magnetic book marks on 8 November it is now 10th December and still waiting, think this is the worst company ever, if i could give worst feed back i would AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Keep getting suckered in by ads on social media, so really I have to take some of the responsibility. I don’t know why I don’t read reviews first…? I would never have bought from this site if I had read the reviews on here as they completely describe my experience. Thought it was a uk based site too which it is not. Bought a Christmas garland from this company back at the start of November. Have had daily updates on the tracking which bizarrely has shown this apparently starting its journey on the west coast of America trundling to the east coast where it spent a long time getting inspected at customs. Presently it’s lost somewhere near Edinburgh and has been for about a week. I am not hopeful this will arrive and if it does it probably won’t resemble the advertised pictures anyway. I have emailed them for a refund and will update the review if I get a response. I’m disappointed that I’ve lost £30 but not surprised. Avoid at all costs
Update: contacted them via email on Monday, they claim item actually now sent on Tuesday, sent me new tracking number and guess where it’s coming from…china. I have said it’s not good enough and want refund. Also realised only now that they overcharged me £7 from the original invoice. They are refusing to issue refund as they claim the item is on its way to me. Not listening to anything I say. I have filed it with PayPal, hopefully something will come of that.
Final update: garland arrived on Wednesday. It’s cheap shiny plastic, it stinks like it’s been on fire and is coated in some mad waxy material. Not fit to go anywhere in my house. Can’t get refunded now it has been delivered. PayPal wouldn’t instruct them to even refund their overcharge as they have fed them some drivel about exchange rates and shipping fees. I have put it down to poor experience and I was robbed. Avoid

Advertised Christmas ornaments that looked great but after weeks of waiting got a parcel with a few printed things not wooden carved baubles , total con merchants

If I could give no stars I would ..ordered advent calendars for Christmas didn't arrive.when I contacted them they send they would re send not much point as it was Dec 8th by then I have asked for a refund several.times and just keep getting told to be patient they have resent the.item terrible company to deal with..its gives the impression it is a UK company which it isn't and the support service is awful so frustrating as they told ignore the content of your email . I ordered the item the beginning of November so delivery is terrible as well

Awful quality, not as expected, description definitely does not match goods received. Do not use this company.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I ordered a resin Letter K with flowers inside as a gift, but it never arrived. When I chased the company, Flair Frost, I eventually got an email back claiming it was still with the courier. I waited another month—still nothing. After contacting them again, they suddenly claimed the courier had damaged the item and said they would need to send a replacement but I would have to pay the postage again.

When I explained that I wouldn’t be making this payment because the courier should be liable, Flair Frost simply stopped responding altogether. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond frustrating.

Do yourself a favour and give this company a very wide berth.

My mum purchased a game for Christmas and the game has never arrived and money taken out of her account. Company is a scam and avoid at all costs!
