I bought their electromagnetic wave anti freeze and snow removal device and it is absolutely useless. Does nothing to remove frost from the windscreen in the morning. Also, in their advert on-line, there was no indication that you needed to keep a USB-C cable plugged into it in order to keep it charged or running.
I want my money back but don't anticipate that the vendor (Chinese rather than UK-based as advertised) will respond with a solution. Should have just gone with Amazon.

This company is a disgrace! Do not order from them as you WONT receive your order and they will not issue a refund. Disgusting!

Ordered from what I thought was a uk based company only to find out its from China with supposed USA tracking information. It's a scam. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Still haven't received my package. Constantly emailing them asking where it is and now asking for a refund which they won't give. Be very aware

This company keeps sending shipping information, why I’ve no idea but said was a technical issue but been fixed, clearly not and like everything else with this company, a complete joke and shouldn’t be trading. Having taken over £40 of my money, they offered me £4 as a goodwill gesture. They should be closed down by trading standards who I’ve reported them to as well as police as constantly harassing me and a case of theft.
Don't waste your money dealing with an inefficiency, incompetent and at the end of the day fraudsters.

My wife ordered two Christmas tree hanging decorations which in the pictures looked like carved wooden items. They are in fact flat perspex rough cut plastic with a picture stuck on. They know they are ripping people off. Waste of money. They are crap.

Scam company, avoid at all costs

Well I’ve been charged for an item which I ordered but I haven’t got it …I will have to double check with the post office, and they haven’t seen it .. Report it to my bank..

Ordered what we thought were hand carved owl and sloth xmas tree decoration. What we got were 2 pieces of flat plastic with prints of an owl and sloth embedded into it. Absolute rubbish.

Scam site, visual of products nothing like the product your recieve.

Bought what looked like some 3D hanging baubles for the Christmas tree from Flair-frost for the family. They are cute little animals looking out from acorns, etc. when they eventually arrived (took forever) they were no more than flat round bits of plastic. Do not be taken in like me.

I can see why people are disappointed with what they buy, thanks to AI photography. Later on I saw it was my own fault for not reading the description properly. I thought I’d receive wooden tree ornaments which turned out to be flat acrylic ornaments. My mistake. Also, the website stated co.uk while I got shipping updates coming from the US turning out a few weeks to arrive. Lesson learned.

Believed this to be a UK company. Then tracking emails suggested American and when I queried where my delivery was they sent me new tracking details which confirm it be Chinese. So the initial tracking details are all lies. They are unable to tell me which courier had my parcel. Ordered end of October and not recieved the parcel. Update. Items arrived. Incredibly disappointing. Nothing like the items looked online

After being lured in by the promo video seen on instagram and assuming the quality was as good in the video, that the charger would come in the nice case it showed to come with! I received my order and came in a cheap clear and white packet with Chinese writing on it !! It’s fair to say this is a scam! No nice carry case with charger as I expected!!! Not suitable to give as a sticking filler! What a waste of money! I just have to keep for myself now! 🤨

AVOID AVOID , UNPROFESSIONAL..RETURN ADDRESS IN CHINA even though, goods are dispatched from UK. Goods arrived damaged and unusable. After many days of emails they offer low compensation for goods that do not work and avoid refund questions. Eventually they offer a refund but postage is more than the goods, they do not advise on their web site of return address. Communication is slow and informative.

Ordered a leisure suit in petite. Pproblems started straight away when they charged me £6 tax which they did refund and said it was added in error. When it arrived it was of very poor quality. Cheap and nasty material. I ordered a PETITE size when it arrived it was extra long. Contact company and offered £5. They would not accept a return and finally offered £9 compensation which meant I lost £20. Like previous review I ordered from a co.uk company. Invoice came from USA and the item came from china. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY
