Flakon are liars, no refunds, 50% + in Tariffs/Charges

Flakon are a Nightmare, still No Refund of £180 as at 19/1/26 despite Darius making a promise! Worse, UPS are Pursuing us for an additional £95.62 in Tariffs/charges, we knew nothing about at the point of sale, because FLAKON Refuses to take back their package, they are Frauds, Liars, DO NOT BUY FROM Flakon. UK Buyers be very aware of this scam organisation and their Illegal practices, do not trust them, expect 50% + Tariffs/charges & Hassle/Stress. DO NOT TOUCH Flakon

Flakon advent calendar - I've had such a beautiful selection of high quality wines. The the main reason I'm so impressed is that so many are organic. Organic viticulture is very important to me, thank you so much.

Bad experience

Like other - ordered Advent Calendar in November 2024, it was shipped only on 11th.December, spent a week in transit (France to the UK... a week!!! after I paid 30 GBP / 40 EUR for a delivery!), never got anywhere far and now it is returning back !?

I hope I will get my money back, but I don't expect to see any promised delivery guarantee payments on top of that.

How can you sell Advent Calendar if it's not even ready for Advent !? is it that complex rocket science to produce it a month or two in advance and store it and ship it before December !?

Poor client services and not respect about shipping delivery

Ordered the advent calendar on the 21st November with an expecting delivery between the 27th November and 5th December.
As we were already in December, I got an email precising the delivery for the 7th December.
After this radio silence. We are the 9th, I have no replied from the client services and I do not understand how a company can sell advent calendar if the product itself is not ready.
Asking for a refund, no reply so far.
Avoid at any cost.

Very disappointed

I pre-ordered a very expensive wine advent calendar for my partner in September! Still not here, estimated delivery - 2 December, two days too late, upsetting, and unnecessary stress. There better be no broken vials upon arrival.
