I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Flambard Williams (FW) to build my investment portfolio.

Certainly I found FW to be very professional and they offered impartial and good, transparent advice. They are very responsive to my questions regardless of how many times they are contacted in the day, even after I have made the reservations!

They have a guy who works there called Samet. He is always on the ball and it feels good to have constant update on purchases made especially as they are off-plan. one gets scared if the right decision was made, so if there is anything I appreciate, its the fact that he keeps us on the loop at every single stage of the purchase.

I will recommend this company to anyone, hoping all their staffs act like Samet.

Solid advice from Niro and Chris. Purchased two properties, one in Liverpool and one in Manchester. Met with me in London and took me to the sites, I could not have asked for better service.

I bought an apartment in 2015 in Salford, from Charleigh Cooper. At the time, the completion date was Q3 2017, however there have been some issues in starting works, and the development is delayed. I still get monthly construction updates and photo's which Charleigh whatsapp's me whenever she is in Manchester.

Despite the fact I have to wait 6 months longer for my investment to start, I am happy with the service I have received, and I am looking forward to completion.

Flambard Williams Ltd are extremely knowledgeable when we tried to investigate a property for there development called X1-Aire in Leeds.
The consultants on for Flambard Williams were helpful and sourced us contacts who can provide a mortgage.

I dealt with Flambard Williams just before Xmas and purchased a small unit in Manchester. Most other companies did not get back to me and told me my budget was too small but Kevin worked with me for 3 months to find something.

I have now purchased and the process was very smooth with their after sales team taking care from start to finish.

I know am in the possession of my keys and have started letting the apartment out.

Great Work

I have spoken with many companies over the last 12 months including Knight Knox, RW investments and Flambard Williams. I have to say they were all knowledgable companies but I felt more at ease with Flambard Williams. I dealt with Elliot there. They do not build their own developments like most of the other companies so are therefore totally independent and not trying to push a certain development or apartment down your neck.

I dealt with them 5 months ago had a great service start to finish and would definitely recommend them again.

I dealt with Chris at Flambard Williams over 2 years ago and have been regularly updated in regards to the development. I have been sent drone footage, latest pictures and had a good experience.

I have now purchased 3 more one of which has completed and the other two are well on their way.
