Very disappointed

No communication, no after care, they are not honest at all. They do not give you the correct information (payment plan) and when the time comes, they try to avoid you. Steer away from them and buy from an other agent. All the plots they sell are available elsewhere...

Very helpful with some reservations

I have been very pleased with the help and guidance received prior to exchange and Charleigh, who I dealt with up to exchange, is clearly very good at her job and was a pleasure to deal with. After sales information is not so forthcoming when it comes to updates on completion dates which have overrun. Although my phone calls have been returned promptly I haven't as yet had an answer to my query, after asking four times since October 2016. I have now phoned the developer direct and received the information I wanted without a problem with the promise of updates and photos by email. This is probably par for the course once the deal is done! My advice would be if you need any information once you exchange just ring the developer direct it will be much quicker. I can't comment yet on the final result.

Flambard Williams Investment property

I am in the process of buying an investment property in the uk through Flambard Williams, They have been helpful and honest throughout.
Charleigh at Flambard Williams is the person communicating with us and she has been friendly, kind and polite and very helpful.
I can recommend this company as reliable property investment agents.

Not just a Sale

I recall working through Flambard Williams to acquire my first property. Having met more real estate agents (over 50). I found them to follow up on everything. All concerns such as location, development company, solicitors, payment reminders were handled by them.
They have local knowledge of the areas and are aware of the development and the surrounding. I do wish they also had a unit for London and other cities.

Great Experience

Being an ex-pat in Spain I needed to do something with my savings. I have been looking for almost a year for an ideal Buy to Let in the UK. After speaking with several agents in the UK I plumped for Flambard Williams.

I have to say the service from start to finish was 10 out of 10. I dealt with Scott who walked me through the whole process and once the deal was done Alicia assisted me with all of the paperwork and chased up the lawyers on my behalf I did not have to lift a finger.

I now have a great property which is completed and I have just received my first instalment of income.

A very impressive company

I can't really praise the service I've received highly enough. Personal, professional and very efficient. Charleigh has been with me the whole way and I can't thank her enough. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Terrible experience

I felt rushed into a decision to put down the deposit because they were "selling like hotcakes" the usual sales patter that I shouldn't have fallen for.

Once I put down the deposit I started to ask some uncomfortable questions about the deal that they simply could not give me a satisfactory answer to.

They passed me on to speak to the developer who said he'd call me in ten minutes and it's now been 2 months and not a word...

The developer they work with seems to have a terrible reputation. I'm no expert on this but two out of three investment companies that I've been dealing with recently (I can provide names!) warned me about them and in my view this reflects very badly on Flambard Williams.

I would never do business with either FW or the developer Noble Design and Build ever again.

THIS IS AN EDITED VERSION OF MY REVIEW BECAUSE FLAMBARD WILLIAMS CALLED ME TO WARN ME THAT THEY ARE PASSING THIS ON TO THEIR LAWYERS SO I'VE DOUBLE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING I'VE SAID IS ACCURATE AS FAR AS I KNOW.

Sorry to hear you feel you have not had the best experience.

I have checked and have seen you were sent over 35 emails responses in regards to your questions and over 4 hours of call time with one of our brokers. After checking the emails I have to say we feel a little disappointed with this review.

I feel we have answered your questions in a satisfactory manor. I believe one question you asked about which we did not answer was about the rent that is achievable in the area. The reason this was not answered is due to the fact we advised you to get independent information in regards to this rather than just our word. I understand you are new to this type of investing and advised you to go to a website you may have heard of called Rightmove which would have given you more information on the possible rental income in the area.

There was never any rush from our end and you seem to imply you paid a deposit without having satisfactory answers. This is something we never advise to do. You should only pay once you feel comfortable as our contract states the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

From my understanding you you had a lengthy chat with the developer, I apologise if he did not call you back again after this for another chat but as you can imagine, he is developing near on 600 units so would be hard pushed to speak to every new client on multiple occasions. In regards to the rest of this review it seems to relate more to the developer than our service.

I can say that I have only had positive experiences with the developer and clients who have paid and actually followed through with the purchase are also satisfied.

I wish you the very best in the future and I take your comments on board.

Service

Flambard Williams offer a very professional and reliable service. They will always go out of their way for the client to meet their specific needs.

The only area I would focus on going forward is the timing of responses when communicating. other than that great service and very nice and courteous people to deal with.

Purchase of X1 Plaza Apartment

Disgusting customer service. You're worth nothing after the sale!

Educated, polite, and quite attentive to your needs. At first at least. Then, especially after the deposit quite lacking in follow through. It's not that they do not answer, they do, everytime, in less than a day to any mail.... it's just that it looks like, at least when dealing with developers, that they are the devs PR instead of a intermediary company. But that's still good, the real problem came out when i've been left in the dark for 20 days without knowing at what step we were (instead of simply sending a mail "if you wish to use your own solicitor please send us their details). I received a very short deadline after 20 days of darkness and, even if I managed to solve the issue I truly believe it should work a bit differently: I expect the same care from the first contact to the signing of the contract. I've been taught that's the way to work.

The overall, as I said, it's been good... just some things I simply did not like that much and I felt like I was about to risk losing both some of the deposit and, more importantly, the I house I wanted to buy.

Forgot to update this:
It has been a nightmare through and through. No taking of responsibility whatsoever, 38 months delay for the completion and had to send 2/3 email just to get answers.
Disgraceful customer service after the sale, to say the least.

Great Company to have as my estate agents!

Flambard Williams have been really helpful in the process of purchasing my first property. Any questions I had they were willing to answer and if they didnt know they would go out of their way to find out for me. Very trustworthy company!

Good service from FW let down by KK.

I cannot complain about the service from Flambard Williams: courteous, responsive and attentive, always keeping me informed. However, all of that was undermined by Knight Knox pulling the rug from under Flambard Williams' feet!
