Avoid!! This is an update to my previous review. I didn’t receive my order, they advised it had got lost. When I requested a refund, they ignored me and I then received a confirmation of dispatch. I complained as no longer needed the item and they advised that I could return it. I raised a dispute with my bank. I was then told to cancel the chargeback as the item was on its way and they would also refund me. I didn’t as I wanted to track the order - weirdly it is no longer showing….. so glad I didn’t cancel the dispute. At best it’s appalling customer service. At worst, it’s a scam.

Under no circumstances buy anything from this company. They have “lost” not one but two orders… the original order placed over 10 weeks ago then the replacement order has also gone astray. They have the audacity to say “the courier was unable to deliver” when there never was an attempted delivery. The two items that are mentioned in the email were never ordered!!! They’ve clearly got the orders confused but we still don’t have the one item we originally ordered over two months ago. Disgraceful.

Wish I read the reviews before, don't expect your items any time soon. I am 10 days in to my order, 1 day left until the holiday I ordered the items for and honestly, they will have a small part in ruining our trip.
If they come back to me, i'll update the review accordingly

I paid for the order they took money right away it's now the 26th of the month still haven't received then I went to my Dr's yesterday after being in a serious accident being told I would never walk again so I put myself in personal pt hoping for this to work but I don't have them. So it this is what you want go anywhere else but here...

I had a very disappointing experience with Flamin Fitness. I ordered the Large Max Lift Open Back Gloves, but instead received a Small size, which obviously didn’t fit. After noticing the mistake, I reached out to request a return for order number 33136, but I never received any response from the company. The lack of customer service and communication was extremely frustrating. Because of this experience, I would not recommend buying anything from this company. If there’s an issue with your order, it seems very difficult to get help or a resolution.

The Company is fraudulent so please beware!
It took just under six weeks to arrive. Unfortunately the sizing was wrong ( company error) and I wanted an exchange. I was informed that any refunds/exchange needs to be within a 30 day period otherwise you cannot request a refund/exchange. I found this ludacris as it was the fault of the companies delayed delivery that didn’t allow me the 30 day return policy. I’m still trying to get an exchange, but at this point will request a full refund, as this is not a reputable company. I have since looked at their reviews, to which they have many dissatisfied customers, with similar issues. I would recommend using another company. Good luck

Order was too small and poorly made. No customer service to date. Purchased for Christmas Presents and found too small / poor quality. Requested exchange on 30th December and had no response. Very bad! My advise would be to reconsider purchase... Wish i had read these reviews prior to purchase.

the cpap machine was advertised as a proper cpap, but the article itself was a joke for a patient with sleep apnoe or difficulties breathing. the ventilator was so weak, i can t feel any air moving, let alone build up pressure. i ve thrown away 20euros, am utterly disappointed. advert very misleading
