What an amazing company, I ordered some trainers which unfortunately were wide for me , when I asked about returning them they told me not to bother and pass them on to charity which I have done, they have also given me a full refund. Well done flaminfitness 👏👏👏

Terrible Service delivery is awful

Don't believe anything about thier shipping rates. The order took 2 weeks to be processed and then it's not going to be delivered for another 2 weeks. The site said 7-10 days.

Good service with prompt responses. Items were delivered as expected.

Delivery was quick, shorts are a good quality and fit well. Also one of the cheapest pairs of shorts with an inner pocket that I could find online.

Order was delivered to the wrong house via royal mail tracking didn't say what house picture taken was the wrong door . Contacted flaming fitness they was no help told me to contact royal mail I've just lost £90 on a heated jacket. Won't be using again.

Thanks for fast delivery. I what tells anyone customer get you order. It is fast, second quality is good only need learning have use my clothes. All the best too time. Please take more give information for Oder.

Product works exactly as advertised. The delivery was ahead of schedule. Great support from the teams end throughout.

Unfortunately I had a problem with sizing on my order and then an issue with order history, I contacted flaminfitness by email and they were extremely responsive and helpful and my problem was resolved very quickly, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had to return a pair of leggings and have been giving a full refund. It has taken a little longer, but this is due to it being xmas week.

Flamin Fitness provided excellent information on the status of the order. Also very responsive, clearly cliënt oriented.

FlaminFitness.com are genuinely appalling as an e commerce company. I run three E commerce businesses and it's fundamental to supply the customer in a timely fashion.

On their site they state they have 4000+ positive reviews. Sorry, I simply don't believe these are likely to be genuine. They are marketing reviews by the looks of them. I'm involved in online marketing and it's easy enough to do. Given Flaminfitness.com's less than positive review scores on independent sites such as this one the 4000+ reviews on their site just feel fake.

Flamin Fitness simply do not deliver well on any level.
No where I can find on their product pages or in the checkout does it suggest items are shipped from overseas. Not that is till you receive a confirmation email.

This came on the confirmation email:

"This email is to confirm your order on 10/12/2023. Your order number is 14799. Your item(s) will be dispatched soon. Remember, due to our distribution centres being located overseas, your items may take longer than usual to arrive, please rest assured, that they will arrive."

Its really sad to see, I should have used Amazon for something like this but in a vain attempt to order from what appeared to be an independent

They hold a UK company registration and appear at first to be a UK based company. However they are shipping from somewhere a LONG way away.

I bought two items, one has still not arrived.
Quality of the first item looks pretty dire. Can't comment on the second one as it's still not here.

I've emailed their customer service. The message is basically....Wait, don't worry it will arrive.

Returns to a PO Box....hmmmm not ideal.

Flaminfitness.com do not appear to be a scam as some of the reviews here but they are also not a good company to buy from.

The gym pants I bought for my wife are cheaply made, I'm more than likely going to return them. The second product isn't here so I can't comment but it seems unlikely their will be much of leap in quality since the bar has been set pretty low.

All in all Flaminfitness are not a scam but they really don't appear to offer anything positive in a crowded market place and sadly a purchase on amazon would not have had these level of issues.

Amazing customer experience — their leopard print leggings are super, and arrived super fast. I was so pleased, I browsed the site for a pair with a different pattern. In the end I chose a different style altogether. This meant the fit was different too. Also, the colour in real life was a shade more blue than expected. When I contacted customer service, they were brilliant and swift in helping rectify the issue and make sure I was a happy customer.

Cheap products from overseas. Paid 30£ for an item thats the same on aliexpress for a 5er. They dont even bother changing the picture. Had email yesterday about a 30 day delivery. Seems to be pretty standard now companies selling cheap rubbish at redicolous prices.

Don't go anywhere near this company seems fake send you out the wrong size but Won't give you a returns label but want you to send what you have got to a po box where if it gets lost you have lost your money just looks like a SCAM DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. UPDATED I put a bad review on there website page they deleted also looks like they delete all bad comments also I've asked them do they no the customer's act 2015 and the sales of goods act 1979 no reply asked them other things no reply SO DEFINITELY A SCAM COMPANY I PAYED THROUGH PAYPAL SO HOPEFULLY WILL GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE PLEASE DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY WISH I HADN'T.

My delivery came late. I was out of the country when it arrived and was sent back to Flamin Fitness. Its been over 2 months, I've received one reply from their customer service fobbing me off after over 10 emails requesting the item be sent back to me or my money returned. I am still out of pocket. Avoid.

So I ordered a weighted hoola hoop a couple of months back. Never got round to using it straight away as I needed to buy sand to put in the ball attached to the hoop that swings around. So fast forward to today, got my sand and used the hoop for the 2nd time today in a spacey living room.

One of the attachments broke open and the weighted ball flew off into my TV breaking the screen. I left a 1 star review with a picture on flamin fitness website, they emailed me back apologising and saying that they recommend to use outdoors incase anything like this happens. So I screen shot them apart of the website that says that the hoola hoop is perfect for indoor use. They then took my review down off their website. So I put another one up and they have taken that one down aswel. I would definitely not recommend using there service.
