Bought an elegant circular bio-fuel fire in January. Delivery 3 weeks, wanted payment in full £2000
2 months later said lost it!
Then went into silent mode - didn’t answer 24 emails, 8 phone calls
Finally contacted me said full refund and sorry re their appalling service
I said I would prefer the fire
They said 3 weeks
2 months later they said we’re going to order it!
I cancelled order and asked for full refund
They went into silent mode again for a month
Danny then responded said fire was now in stock and if we didn’t want we would have to pay £600 “restocking fee”!
DONT USE THIS COMPANY
Avoid! They don’t honor refunds
I cancelled my order within a few hours. They took full payment and still haven’t refunded me weeks later. Don’t respond to emails either. Dodgy! Avoid completely!
Make sure you use PayPal or a credit card with these crooks to protect yourself!

They took my money, then seemingly disappeared
I placed an order for an outdoor wood stove; before ordering I emailed to find out what the lead time was for dispatch, and was told that I could expect delivery in four weeks.
That is the last I have heard from this company. Seven weeks later, and they have still not responded to any of my emails, my WhatsApp messages, or phone calls. In the end, I have had to rely on my credit card provider to issue a refund and take up my case with the retailer directly. I have also submitted a complaint about the retailer to Trading Standards.
I am not alone: a short stroll through the other reviews online, both here and on Facebook, should satisfy you that my case is not an isolated incident. Several people have parted with their hard-earned money to the retailer only to be met with a wall of silence. How many times should a business be allowed to do this before we start to wonder whether they are behaving ethically?
At a time when small retailers are struggling, the audacity of this one to thumb its nose at the business coming its way is astonishing, and shameful.

Bought fire on line. Received order acknowledgment then nothing. Found it was out of stock. Emails are automated. Phone number is an answering service. Did not receive refund, had to claim via barclaycard.
Should have read all negative comments on face book, this guy does the above to customers all the time.
