Justin provided a really quick turnaround, and always responded to my emails quickly. He photographed my acrylic on canvas piece, which picked up all the textures of the paint, and provided me files in different formats and had good advice on what size fits what resolution - for beginner me, Justin was very helpful!

Justin photographed a charcoal life drawing for me recently at very short notice. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Flare Studio is a little gem of a studio, tucked away in the heart of the Lanes, offering a beautiful infinity cove, a make-up and changing room area, and a more-than-adequate range of lights and reflectors to achieve the look we were going for, we decided to leave all ours at home. Highly recommended!

Super friendly guys who bent over backwards to accommodate me and my photographic shortcomings by helping me realise a shoot for a fine art project. Great lighting set up, infinity curve, make up room and real coffee to boot. They know their stuff and being artists themselves were able to bring more than just technical know-how to the table by coming up with suggestions and different approaches that really added to the project. I was in safe hands and the results were stunning.

The studio is tucked away in the heart of the South Lanes and a real gem. Greg and Justin are both great and were very accomodating of the troupe of models, MUA's and stylists I brought with me.

We were all made to feel very welcome and regular offers of teas/coffees came about. I was fine in setting up my lighting as I required, but Greg was on hand to lend a hand or offer any assistance - always good to know!

There's a good selection of backdrops, modifiers, polyboards to achieve a wide range of lighting setups.Oh yeah, and a lovely infinity cove too! I mostly used the two Bowens 500w lamps, but brought in one of the Bowens 400w for one set up. More than enough power for the space.

I would happily shoot at Flare again in the future and from gauging my shots pre post production have managed to nail the assignment in the space. A recommended working studio run by two lads well versed in the trade with great experience and personalities.

Flare Studio is great as Justin and Gregg are very friendly as well as professional. I have learned a lot in the product photography course and even more than I expected. I am thinking about doing another course there as well.

Great little studio. It's small - very small - but well-equipped. A really good selection of modifiers, and all at an excellent price. As long as you're not looking to do full-length shots, it's perfect. Recomended.

They photographed some paintings for me. They did a fantastic job. Very quick and easy. I'm sure I'll be using them again and I'll recommend them to any artists who need their work photographed.

I did two workshops at Flare Studio - the beginner studio photography and light painting photography workshop. Both courses were extremely informative, detailed, good value for money, and more important extremely enjoyable and jollly good fun. I have also received great support after the workshops. The studio is also absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend taking a workshop here!

I had a great experience shooting at Flare Studio. I did some corporate shots as well as a family portrait and the studio was perfect. They were also extremely helpful when I had some camera issues and I would highly recommend them!

Greg & Justin are really great guys. The contact is brilliant, making it really easy to organise shoots and the images are sent really quickly. If there's anything we're not 100% sure on they're at hand to discuss and amend anything if we require. We would definitely recommend them.
