Sales representative ill informed me on…

Sales representative ill informed me on many things, first said there is no credit check when I asked 3 times (HE LIED), then told me the machine being sent to me was First Data but instead got Bambora (HE LIED), said processing time for a transaction to deposit into my account was next day - when its 2 business days (HE LIED), After all this machine they sent me didnt work with my iphone, 2 days later I got another machine which also didnt work. Each time I wasted 2 hours on the phone with tech support, in the end we had to use my android tablet.

I was told they were issuing a 'ticket' so someone can call me and resolve this matter. 5th day now, no phone call.

Highly dissapointed, do not recommend.

The solutions are poorly integrated

Customer Service - Accounts finally resolved our issues with a surprising contract and less than stellar service and terrible time-wasting communications. Sales never did return our calls or emails after the contract was signed (as promised). We are thankful for finally getting heard. The solutions between platforms are poorly integrated - too many departments, miscommunication between departments and services, inexperienced Customer Service and Technical Service representatives, poor Customer Support, technical issues. Misrepresentation from Sales, high-pressure end-of-month quota Sales incentives driving business instead of Customer needs. The most common thing you'll hear is "that is another department/company". Caution: Take your Time, Read your Contract carefully before signing anything via DocuSign. Asking Questions was not enough - the promises did not match the reality and what is written in fine print on the multiple page contracts. We learned the hard way - a very time-consuming process. Without Ontario case law, we may have never had our contract cancelled once we discovered why it was so different than positioned to us over the soliciting Sales call - they didn't know our business needs, nor did they care to meet them. Thankfully we had documented everything ... maybe even record your calls when discussing terms of service. Learned important lessons in contract agreements ...

The quality of the information was…

The quality of the information was great but I did have a small problem.
The support personnel that I spoke with both had very strong accents making it very difficutlt to understand them. They new their product but I had difficulty in following because their speech patterns were hard for me to follow. It took a while but we are up and running now.

Horrible company - Stay AWAY from them.

August 03, 2017, their machine did not work, I called for tech support which did not help, they sent out a tech which did not help me either.... after spending hours on the machine, he called for tech support and he got hung up, the tech support from the office "had to go home". I called again and they couldn't help me. I asked for a manager, I was given a gentleman name Steve, he was on the phone with me until one of his tech got the machine to work, but only lasted 2 transactions and the machine died again. I called back asked for Steve again but they don't know who that is... from that moment on, I got different managers on the phone but none could be of any help. In December, I spoke with a person name Harvey Zilberberg, I told Harvey that I've been trying to resolve this issue but no luck, and I don't want to deal with this anymore. Harvey sent me a blank email just so I would have his contact information. He said he could have his boss call me back to deal with this situation. I never got anything from the company. After the New year (5 months now) I emailed him for an update but Harvey couldn't remember who I was or what I was talking about..... So I reminded him.... after a few days he emailed me back saying his boss tried to email, called me through cell phone and my work number but couldn't get a hold of me. I asked him to forward me those emails, but Harvey never replied and ignored all of my 4 emails. I called the company to cancelled their service after 6 months of frustrations. They took $500 out of my account for "early termination fee." They continue to charged me enough though their machine don't work and they can't offer me a new machine. Something funny about their service.... during the conversation in December with Harvey, he asked me what I like to do, would I want to find a solution, and I said "no, it's been 4 months and I'm still dealing with this, so no, I want out. would you want to be dealing with a company like this if you were me?" he didn't answer my question but he said "thought I would give you an option to continue business" and moved on to sending me an empty email with his contact info. Even they won't do business with the company that they represent says a lot about a company.

Lied to us by rep in order to get our business.

On Thu, Feb 8, 2018 at 5:29 PM, I wrote in an email, to this company, requesting cancellation just to find out I had been lied to just to gain our business.....Here is the email....
Folks, please consider this your 30 day notice of cancellation, if its needed as we had no idea we were under any sort of commitment whatsoever, and we have had this service for less than 2 weeks. We were given 45 days to try or as long as we wanted by Gerry Starkman, the salesman, by verbal conversation (and on speaker phone which my my gal Jo also over herd the whole promises of absolutely no contract. I really was unsure and sceptical but was promised again and again of NO CONTRACT by the rep. Now that we dont not like the service, they show me some fine print, which Gerry should have pointed out. Seems important now that we are unhappy with the service but sure wasn't pointed out before hookup. He told us that our dealings were totally cancellable at any time for any reason at all with absolutely no fees, INCLUDING THE MACHINE FOLKS. And the guy GERRY BARKMAN, who kept calling and was just my best buddy in the world and who represented flashpay, wont even return a call.

Please give me terminal return info and contact me for pickup immediately

Gerald
