Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst. After setting up my machine on Dec 1, 2017, it only being Dec 6, I have received in total $113.45 in erroneous charges out of my account. I have now spent close to 2 hours in phone calls waiting for explanations. Still have not received any. Feel like I've been lied to and been swindled. Close to cancelling completely unless this is resolved by the end of the day.

Very Bad Rush Fix Service.

Very Bad Rush Fix Service.
I was liking all the different options the company provided. But once I got the machine and put transactions through I noticed that my money was not going into my account. When I called about it it was because they punched in the wrong bank account. I was told it would be 2-5 Business days to fix under normal circumstances. I asked to have a rush on the fix as a business I need my money to be in my account and was told my money would be deposited soon but it took over 1 week to deposit my money and I asked to speak a manager or head office to cancel my services but I have not heard back either.

Poor customer service

I was charged hidden fees and for extra terminals I didn’t have. I was on phone for hours with costumer service and they couldn’t help me with the situation so I cancelled. If I could give 0 stars I could.

We are very pleased with the service …

We are very pleased with the service that we have received from First Data.
Sean was very easy to deal with, he explained everything regarding the rates and was patient with all my questions. He made me feel comfortable and confident in switching companies. We our first invoice came in, I called the customer service to review what was on our bill and they were very knowledgeable and explain what pages to look at and how to read the statement.
Thank you we are pleased with your service.
