We used Flat Pack Dan a while back and had no hesitation in contacting him again. On this occasion, Marc, Dan’s colleague, assembled our piece of furniture. All I can say is that both Dan and Marc are such lovely, courteous guys who do a wonderful job with great efficiency.

We would have no hesitation in contacting this company again and 100% recommend their services.

Fantastic service right from initial booking enquiry and throughout. The assembler, Marc, did a great job putting together a bedside table, and was professional, efficient and polite at all times. Would not hesitate to use again

Very prompt efficient service. Alvis assembled the wardrobe beautifully, taking care to position it exactly where I wanted it and to put the shelves in the most convenient positions. Recommend.

Very friendly and helpful

We are 100% happy with the service we received from Flat Pack Dan. From our initial enquiry, where all messages were answered almost immediately to being able to have our items assembled on the date we requested and to the workman who came and assembled them. He worked so hard all day without stopping and put the items together perfectly. A fabulous service.

Very efficient and quick service from email sent, to response back then to arrangements made. And job very professionally done.

I had a wardrobe & bedside table that needed assembly.
Dan messaged me that morning saying he could make it 40mins early & asked if that was okay & it was.
He was very polite, professional, friendly, & put my two items together in no more than two hrs. Very fast worker.
He left the place tidy & clean, I only had to Hoover up a few tiny bits from the floor & that was it which I was more than happy to do. Someone mentioned about the rubbish not being taken down afterwards & left in the hallway…yes my rubbish was left in the hallway as well but that didn’t bother me in the slightest….maybe I’m just too laid back & chilled!
Overall I would highly recommend him & his company to out your flat pack furniture together. Really nice guy. I will be contacting him again in the near future to put a couple of wardrobes together for my little ones.

Speedy and great service. He had got the assembly instructions from the company on his phone (it was an unusual set of shelves from Germany). very efficient and fast, but done properly!

Great service! Prompt reply to my enquiry and an appointment booked in 48hours! Professional and friendly flat packer - very efficient and helpful and made up my Ikea units perfect and packed up all the recycling. I e-mailed for advice and a quote, the reply was virtually by return, an appointment was made and the flat pack planter assembled and put in situ for me.I was delighted with the whole process and would thoroughly recommend Flatpack Dan. As an OAP ,I was so pleased to have a company that made everything so straightforward and were so reliable.

Overall the service was good. Easy to make a booking and the 'fitter' arrived promptly and did a good job. Two small points:
Fitter didn't remove shoes, even tho' there is a light carpet and although the rubbish was bagged up, it was left within flat. My property is first floor and it would have been helpful if the rubbish could have been taken down to the bins at the front of the property.
Thanks for your reply Dan. It may be a case of 'fitter's having indoor shoes to put on as appreciate shoes may offer some protection when handling furniture. Re: the rubbish, it's only because I have a bad back at the moment that carrying the rubbish down to the bins at the front of the property would have been helpful. Will certainly recommend your service. :)
