Professional, hardworking, courteous and friendly
Dan arrived early, worked like a Trojan all day and, despite the poor instructions supplied by the manufacturer (a niche German company whose designs he had not encountered before) completed all three large freestanding bookcases within the day. Throughout the process we found Dan to be professional, hardworking, courteous and friendly.

Fantastic service
Really great service, super responsive and easy to deal with. Marc who came to put the VERY heavy and tricky bed together, with some dubious instructions, did a fantastic job, and was really friendly and efficient. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Right from the start when I put on I…
Right from the start when I put on I needed someone to help with assembling my rowing machine. Flat Pack Dan replied almost straight away. He gave me a date which I couldn’t do but then went out of his way to help. He got someone to come especially on a Saturday to help me.
The gentleman was extremely polite and got on with the job and it was all assembled in less than an hour.
I would highly recommend Flat Pack Dan’s wonderful service.

Contacted Flat Pack Dan after giving up on trying to build Ikea PAX wardrobes oursleves (bloody corner unit!). Dan responded immediatley and came within 48 hours and fixed them. Amazing service! Would highly recommend to anyone.

All 3 jobs were excellent, highly recommended for, when the other half "offers" to build a piece of furniture, and one knows, it won't be finished properly... ;-)
