Absolutely horrible shipping & customer service. The past two orders I have placed (to Canada) have taken over a month to arrive. With my latest order (a month ago), the tracking number is never updated. I finally reached their customer service (they never answer their phone) and was told that I would be receiving it soon as it's been dispatched and it's likely an issue of the shipper not updating their tracking. So.... I contacted the shipper directly who advised me that they had not received the product from Flavor God. Once again, with struggle, I reached out to Flavor God and was told I would be receiving it "soon." When I questioned what exactly that meant, they could only advise that it would be expedited to a manager to deal with. BEWARE. unless you want to wait a LONG time for your products. (apparently they have a feature where you can pay 'extra' and it will be dispatched sooner??? Which seems like a slap in the face....wouldn't you want your customers receiving their products as soon as possible??). When you couple this with their recent "10 bottle maximum order" it literally means you're likely going to run out of products before they would ever arrive. HIGHLY disappointing!!

Great company, easy to order from and some of the best seasonings ever.

We have purchased almost every seasoning you have available. We have not found any that were disappointing. We love the bold flavors that these add to our meals. My son and I are off sodium, msg, and other additives. With Flavor God Seasonings, we do not have to worry...you get just what is stated on the bottle! The best seasoning available for cooking.

I wish I could use my reward points with additional promo codes. It kind of defeats the purpose of the reward points due to shipping costs

I have seen Flavor God Seasonings on Instagram for some time and thought I would give it a try. So far everything I have tried has been excellent. The Chocolate Donut flavored seasoning did wonders on grilled peaches. I was waiting for my rib eye steaks on the grill and tried a little Pizza seasoning on grilled bologna. Holy cow, it really does make everything taste like pizza! My Big Green Egg is going to get fired up more than usual just so I can experiment with all of the different flavors.

I love the Buttery Cinnamon Roll and Pumpkin Spice toppers for our coffee and plain yogurt it is so yummy and delicious ... we can't get enough of it ... especially when it is on sale ... thank you flavor God ... we are fans for life

I had the best experience. I had not made my purchase of the stuff I had in the cart because of the shipping cost. I got an email from a young lady named Emily and she asked what I hadn’t made my purchase and I told her and immediately she sent me back a code. I used it and I immediately purchased what I had in my cart and now it’s on the way!!
