Where to start!
Customer service is poor! Very rude over email and not forth coming with resolution at all. Seem to take your money and not want to hear again from you.

For context, by fiancé bought my engagement ring from them. From day 1 we were in two minds if the ring was faulty. The lab diamond never looks "clean" even after cleaning and from day 1. I reached out about this in September as was basically made out to be a liar. They then emailed me a return label to print and return he ring for inspection. This in itself is not adequate to send a £3k ring in the post. However, at my expense I parceled it up the best I could to keep it safe and went to the post office. This post office was closed for refurbishment and my nearest one was 15 miles in the opposite direction to my commute to work, I live and work rurally. Then the return label expired. At no point did anyone question why they hadn't got the ring, for all they knew it was in the post. No phone call, nothing. I had decided to take it to a professional for review when we were looking for our wedding bands. To my horror they have confirmed the diamond is faulty and the setting is not appropriate to keep a ring with the cut diamond it is clear as it is impossible to get under it. This was a well known, historical c100 years + jewelers. I then reached out to the company a few weeks ago to confirm and again very rude response via email, no phone call or asked to speak to me and told to just post it and they would reimburse me! in what world and i just posting a £3k ring without a prepaid appropriate package. Now I am getting no response from the company. They just take your money and don't want to help or admit liability. I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone

Julia was really helpful explaining the options for wedding bands and allowing us time to try different styles. I ended up with something completely different and unique, which I love.

I attended the Manchester office which in all honesty, is not an office. It is a couple of desks and armchairs with a curtain used to hide all the display jewellery. The gentleman who greeted me, although very helpful and friendly, presented himself in trainers, jeans and a baggy jumper. Perhaps not the attire I expected when looking to spend a considerable sum of money.
This is in comparison to other jewellers which I have attended.

I sat down for my appointment and a second couple entered who were late for their appointment. Instead of making this couple wait whilst I had my consultation which in my opinion, would be the responsible thing to do considering I was on time. The gentleman asked me to wait whilst he saw to them first.
Although it did not take long, it came across extremely unprofessional to prioritise somebody else over the appointment of which I was on time for. Not a great start.

The sample rings were beautiful and Alex was so willing to help with my bespoke requests. However, in my opinion using Blu Tac to stick a stone into the setting is extremely unprofessional.

The company could invest minimal funds in to sample stones placed into the settings.
It was at this moment the combination of the above ruled out even considering this jeweller for ordering a piece of jewellery so important to me.

This review in no way is a reflection of Alex and his willingness to help. He had the knowledge and expertise required and assisted me with any queries I had.
His surroundings and company style of working did him no favours unfortunately and my order has been placed with another agency.

The shopping experience with flawless was made really easy by their exceptional customer service which is linked though there website. Ish, who helped me went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Would. Highly recommend.

Phawa was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking our wedding bands. We came in with a rough idea but she helped guide us to exactly what we wanted.
