Recurring charges on my card. No way to end the subscription. Scammers.

Just like many other reviewers, I ordered a product 2 months ago which has yet to arrive. They also enrolled me for the subscription service which I never selected.

Counseling trauma survivors for seven years, but my own stress was showing in my
appearance. Clients needed to see someone who looked like he had found peace and could
guide them there. Started using Fleava as part of my own self-care routine. Now clients say I
look like someone who "understands healing" and can lead them through darkness. My
practice is thriving and I'm helping more people than ever. Sometimes being a healer means
looking healed.

FLEAVA is a scam !!
Do not buy their product from ANY website !! Besides its not working, they will charge your credit card numerous times but you wont get anything after the first shipment. They call it VIP membership. they charged my card 6 times in 4 weeks, and I got 1 refund to cancel the VIP membership. I never signed up for the membership and they have no proof I did either. Doesnt matter - they charged my card so fast before I could cancel it.

Criminal- sign you up for subscription and refuse to refund

Same as everyone else. Claims they shipped but product never received. Emailed multiple times for refund but they never did and had to dispute with bank. Emailed them to cancel me off any subscription they may have me on. No response. Will just have to keep disputing.

Scammy shipment policies that requires a monthly subscription.
I ordered the product 2 months ago 6/19/25 and never received it.
They assured me it was on its way.
Then on 7/24 I was charged again for a subscription for a product I didn't receive.
Lastly on 8/14, I was charged again for a subscription.
The charge wasn't even a month apart.
Now, they have $123 and I have no product.
Wish me luck getting my money back.
Follow up. They refunded me one month of subscription which was about $32. On August 18, they said the product was backordered and I would get it in about a week
I followed up 3 weeks later.
They finally shipped it and I received it on September 20, 2025.

This is a warning to others about fleava.com. I have been charged $29.99 every month without my authorization. I never signed up for a subscription with this company. I have also never received any products from them.

I have contacted them to cancel my subscription, but I have had no response. There is no way to cancel the subscription, through my account, on their website.

I am now in the process of disputing these fraudulent charges with my bank.

I strongly advise against doing business with fleava.com. Be very cautious about providing them with any payment information. This seems to be a recurring issue, and I would hate for anyone else to experience this.

I was automatically enrolled onto their VIP subscription with a very well hidden tick box. I have now emailed them 5 times asking to cancel as the "manage subscription" part of their website they tell you to go to doesn't exist. Still charging me monthly. Avoid at all costs!!

I bought products from this company which were ok, then suddenly got charges for 29 dollars for nothing. I signed up for no subscriptions and bought no more products. They have been reported to my credit card company, my attorneys, and the better business bureau.

The only reason I chose 1 star is because I am not offered a chance to rate this company with 0 stars. This firm is a complete and utter scam, set up only to draft your credit account once you input your card number. Avoid at all costs.

Don't buy from them, I ordered a product more than a month ago, it hasn't arrived, and they're hiding a VIP subscription that costs $32 a month and they won't cancel.
They wrote me an explicit email that they had canceled the subscription and there would be no additional charges, and immediately afterwards additional charges arrived for the subscription.

Website is fully AI generated, full of AI tts slop videos. Typical scammy FOMO inducing tactics. When adding the serum to your cart and attempting to checkout it throws about 6 more offers at you for shampoo & conditioner & literally GUILT TRIPS YOU for refusing the offer, instead of showing a prompt simply saying “no thankyou, take me to checkout” it says “that’s okay I’ll continue losing my hair” what a joke this company is.

I ordered on the 16th of July & received an order confirmation on the same day. The 31st of July came around and still had not received an alert that my order had been shipped, I emailed them with an enquiry, about an hour later I received a shipping confirmation alert, oh really!? Seriously? The order would never had been shipped if I hadn’t enquired. I did some research on Flaeva and found out this company will sneakily trap you into a subscription service without permission & take money out of customers bank accounts. About a week ago I emailed them asking that I absolutely do not want to be in a subscription service, NO REPLY, what a surprise. It is now the 10th of July & the order has still not left the origin town of New Jersey. I have emailed them asking for a refund. This company will scam you 100% under no circumstances should anybody trust these scumbags.

When I bought product I received a bill a month later saying I joined a subscription. They kept charging my credit card $29.99 and wouldn't cancel it had to close bank account. They are corrupt.

This site is clearly a scam. I ordered 3 bottles of their serum, which arrived almost a month later. A few days after that, I was charged $32.40. I wrote to them and got a response that I subscribed to their VIP Club. Below the BUY button, they have a check mark and sentence saying you're joining, which is in small print. Very sleazy. I told them to unsubscribe me, and I was sent a link, which led to a Suspicious Website Warning and link to a site that does not exist. Writing back to them again, my emails came back because they were blocked.

I should have looked at reviews before ordering, as there are numerous complaints about the same issue. I've canceled my credit card and filed a complaint with the FTC. Don't fall for these scammers.

I learned that I was allergic to copper.
So I contacted them and explained the situation, and they said no, they could not do a refund. I would not trust this company if they won't help in this situation, as it shows how they care about their customers.

I ordered a product and unknowingly signed up for a membership that costs $30 per month. When I noticed this, I contacted customer service and requested immediate cancellation, which was confirmed. Nevertheless, money has continued to be debited from my account for the past 4 months. This is fraudulent behavior. I can only warn others against placing an order.

Fleava is crooked as it gets! They automatically sign you up for a subscription and refuse to cancel it. Absolute shit company
