I'm warning you all now..DO NOT buy this product. They are scammers. They keep charging you month after month for nothing, relentlessly. The product does not work. Their customer service is absolutely useless.

I ordered their hair regrowth product last July. It was prepaid by credit card and it was promply delvered a 3 weeks later. But then the scam began: They made THREE more charges in August of USD32,49 each which they were cunningly labeled as ''90-day money-back guarantee''!!!
They charged a SERVICE not a product (which they never sent anyway) and so nobody could complain for lack of delivery. I didn't know that the much advertized money-back guarrantee is charged and multiple times in a month.
Unfortunately, I was on vacation in August and internet connection was very poor where I was, so I took notice of the charges just a few days ago with complete shock and anger.
I ordered PayPal to cancel any future payments (I hope they will comply) and I have initiated the process to dispute these charges with my bank.
If nothing works, I will cancel my credit card and issue another!

I wonder why US authorities are not mobilized after the hundreds of complaints for fraudulent behavior!
Is it so easy in the US for someone to steal money from people around the world without worrynig about legal implications?

I planned to use the product on my return home in September but after such a blatant deception, I do NOT trust to put their product on my head!!

This is 100% a scam, all the replies from "customer service" are just Ai slop. They will never send you anything. The only human interaction I had with them was on Paypal where they tried to fraudulent claim it had shipped, with fake emails and tracking. Luckily Paypal sided with me. All the positive reviews here are paid for and not even slightly related to the product or service. I can't imagine this company will be around long. Let's hope they suffer repercussions for this scamming

They charged a subscription without my knowledge and paid for my order I haven’t received yet . It’s been 6 weeks and keep giving me an excuse of low inventory but they still take orders a that never arrive and your money.

I ordered Fleava products on July 11, 2025, it is now August 30 and I haven’t received what I purchased. I also got charged on 8/14/25 for an item I didn’t order. Constant E-Mails for sales. This company is raking in money and not providing a product.

Haven't even opened the package yet as I am finishing up another product and wanted to compare Fleava. But got three $32.49 charges in less than a month and despite four inquires to Fleava, they did not respond until I cancelled my PayPal authorization. They said I had enrolled in their VIP program which is a fine print trick below the final purchase button. Given their horrible customer service and shady enrollment features, I can't believe their product is good and I am now trying to return the original order.

Do not do business with Fleava. Once they have your cc number, they keep billing your card monthly when you make no additional purchases! Total scam!

I placed my order and never recieved anything.

I placed my order on July 16. Today is August 24 and it still hasn’t been processed, let alone shipped. Nothing.

To make things worse, I was extremely careful NOT to subscribe to their shady monthly “guarantee” scam, yet they still tried to pull money from my account. Thankfully, I caught on early and blocked them - otherwise they would’ve stolen even more.

When I reached out after waiting 1–2 weeks, I got a laughable AI-generated reply that ignored my questions completely. After sending another message, I was ghosted. No follow-ups, no support, nothing. I tried contacting them through every channel possible - silence.

It’s now been over a month, and I can confidently say this is a scam operation dressed up with slick marketing. They trick you, take your money, and vanish.

Don’t make the same mistake I did - avoid this company like the plague.

Scam! Sign you up to an endless membership and you cannot whatsoever cancel, no matter what you do. The products are very low quality and it is a total scam. Avoid at all costs!

Biggest scam I have ever had the misfortune of being caught by.

Placed my order and didn’t get any updates for a week. When I followed up to see when the order would ship, I received a response two days later and was told that their inventory was low and that my shipment would hopefully get here soon. If I hadn’t followed up I would still be waiting and they wouldn’t have told me anything. I asked for a refund / cancellation and they said they couldn’t because the order was already placed with logistics and en route. Absolutely horrible experience all around. I’m writing off the expense as a learning lesson to never buy from this company again.

If I could do a negative review, I would. I ordered the product in June. It “shipped” in June. 63 days later we still don’t have it. I have contacted them multiple times and all they say is that it’s in transit and sometimes it just takes longer. Well it’s been in the same location since June 21st. This is the worst customer service ever.

After my purchase, they started charging 29.99 USD every month to my credit card. I couldn't stop these charges.

The saga continues...still no items shipped after a month and now my bank contacted me to ask about another payment requested by Fleava. Apparently signed up to a subscription that I didn't know about. Stay away from this company at all costs or it will cost you!

Be careful of this company. They take unauthorised transactions and hidden subscriptions.
