Very pleased
Considering I had a short time scale to lease a vehicle, Artur kept me in the loop and found an EV vehicle to suit my needs and budget.
This was followed up by Caitlin making sure I was kept up to date with the progress and delivery of the vehicle. Excellent customer service from Fleetsauce at every level.

I am super happy with Artur and his work at fleet sauce. Not only did he get the vehicle and colour I wanted but he was able to get it under my budget and save me money. His attentiveness, kindness and speed is what I admire the most about Fleet and when I need my next vehicle I will be searching for him. From start to finish I felt supported and understood. I honestly couldn't ask for better customer service.
I do have to mention when it came down to the admin thats where I believe the service didn't match. I found myself chasing admin over two weeks and after every chase I would get an update. So going from excellent and attentive service to chasing down for update was a disappointment. I expressed the disappointment to who was handling my admin and the accountability was non existent. I received an email apologising for the dealers lack of speed rather than their own lack of communication. However once the documents where in place the communication improved, the process of receiving my vehicle was seamless.
Overall I am satisfied and I will happily use Fleet Sauce again. Any friend or colleague of mine I will be sending them Artur's number.
