Hello. Our company is not a scam. We shipped your item the same day you ordered it. I found the tracking number for your package and it says "Your item could not be delivered on September 15, 2025 at 10:00 am in POLAND due to the addressee not available at time of delivery. It is being held while the addressee is notified." This means it wasn't delivered because you weren't there at that time. Please pick up the package at your local post office.
