Did exactly what they said they would. Prompt delivery of the skip. Read my instructions for where I wanted the skip and put it right where I wanted it
Beware! SHOCKING Experience.
SHOCKING Experience! Paid in full on 30th May. Should have had delivery 31st. By 5th of June still No delivery of skip. No return phone calls or reply to emails. Then had to chased up a REFUND repeatedly. Keep being given new dates for a refund. Fobbed off. Will have to get a refund via a CHARGE BACK through my credit card at this rate!
Quick to take your money, then do not deliver what you ordered or refund your money! Beware!

Ordering the skip and paying online was easy and very good.
Unfortunatly , I put a message for the skip to be put on the verge , and paid the extra for this .
As we were out when skip was delivered , it was put in the drive
I rang Fletchers next day , and explained this , they did offer to move it , which was good , but said will leave it as it is .
I asked for reimbursement of the extre money I paid for being on the road , still waiting for the money to be paid a week later

It was a good price but I got the skip a week later than requested. They blamed the Council but now the skip has ben outside for over a month and I’ve called to ask when it’s been taken away and the promised dates have been and gone so I’m left to think it wasn’t Council and it was the company aren’t gteat at logistics. If you’re not bothered by timings then its fine
No longer a local company
No longer a local skip company bought out by a national group, don't care about customers anymore just hike your prices without informing you. Don't turn up when they should. Customer service is non existent that's when you can actually get through or they bother to call you back. Avoid there's better companies out there that actually deliver what they promise. Don't even bother trying to arrange collection as they don't turn up and just give you a list of excuses as to why. Customers are certainly not their priority they just want your money and once they have that you don't matter anymore. Used to be a good company who cared about their customers and their name but now they operate like a bunch of cowboys and just do not care how they treat customers of many years

Good customer service when i needed to speak to a human and easy enough to book a skip online.

There were 2 failed attempts at delivery over the first week, I never got a skip in the end, and it took a 3 further weeks of chasing to get a refund.
Customer service is poor.
Email / portal enquiries are not answered.
Terrible.
Will never go near this company again.
In depth:
Ordered a skip on Friday 28th March for next day delivery as they were the only company offering a skip so quickly. Slightly more expensive than the rest but worth it for the convenience of having it come over the weekend.
Didn’t turn up on the Saturday.
Customer services shut at 12 on Saturday so unable to get hold of them until Monday.
Didn’t open at 7am as per information on Google Maps. Actually 7.30.
Customer service said it was a computer error. Skip would come Tuesday.
No skip turned up Tuesday.
I called Tuesday. Advised they would call me back.
No phonemail by 4pm so I called again
Advised they had delivered. Was told to email photographic evidence to prove it hadn’t arrived.
The email provided didn’t work.
I called Wednesday.
Advised that actually the driver had got confused about permits and returned the skip back to the depot.
Advised replacement skip would be delivered on Thursday.
No skip arrived Thursday.
Missed customer services on the phone due to working late.
Emailed via the portal. No response has ever come back from that.
Got through to customer services on Friday evening.
Was advised that they had delivered.
No skip was anywhere near my house.
Customer services were adamant it had arrived and said they had a photo of it out side the house.
They described the picture to me. It was definitely not my house in the picture. A quick Street View search on maps and I was able to find the described house at a similar sounding road at a different post code 10 mins drive away from my address. (at time of writing I believe the empty skip is still out side this poor person’s house 3 weeks later)
Called customer services back. Advised them of what I thought had happened.
They said they would deliver a new skip but it would not be until the following Tuesday.
That would be 10 days after the original delivery day.
Requested a refund.
April 4th - Refund requested. Advised 7 days to process.
April 11th - No refund had arrived. Chased customer services. Advised they hadn’t processed it properly. Advised a further 7 days.
Closed the for the bank holiday Friday and Monday.
April 22nd - No refund. Customer services said they were having problems processing the refund and they would email me and call the following day with an outcome.
April 23rd - No email, no phone call, no refund. Managed to get through to accounts. Advised by accounts no refund had been processed. It would be a further 3 days.
April 27th. - Finally received a refund 4 weeks after the skip was initially due to be delivered.
This company does’t know their arse from their elbow.
I will never attempt to use them again.
I also believe they own Mr Rubble.

Failed collection and shocking customer service
Man and van booked for 12th April- sat in an empty house all day waiting - never arrived. Spent the majority of 14th April trying to speak to someone about failed collection. I’ve been put through to every department except the one I need and when you try to get through to sales it cuts you straight off. I finally found out that they attempted collection today the 14th and at the time of writing no one can explain why. I thought going with a nationwide company would achieve a smooth result - how wrong was I

Fletchers waste, more like waste of time
Booked a skip for a Saturday, they emailed me saying there wasn't any available for the Saturday but I will receive one the following Tuesday, Tuesday came and went and still no skip, in the end I asked for a refund and got my money back. I will not be using this company again
