Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet in a rush and thought they were located in her county, when really they seem to subcontract deliveries out.
My order didn’t arrive on Mother’s Day, nor the day after. I contacted Fleur de Luxe to request a refund and they said they would consider it but that I should keep checking the Royal Mail page for updates. As this was a time-sensitive delivery and they should have refunded me immediately, but refused stating that their policy was to send out a replacement rather than refund.
I had to keep chasing customer service and eventually they agreed to a refund, only to backtrack the next day as Royal Mail had notified them that the flowers had been delivered. Fleur de Luxe advised that they would therefore not be refunding me, but said that if the flowers weren’t in an acceptable state to get back in touch. This was about EIGHT days after the flowers had been dispatched- in what world were they going to be thriving? Lo and behold, my mother received a truly grim delivery of wilting, slimy flowers. Charming.
I sent photo evidence and once again asked for a refund. Several days later this was finally agreed to, with FdL stating I would receive the funds in 3-5 working days. I did not receive my refund. Once again I chased their no doubt beleaguered customer service team, and eventually got my money back after several more days.
Losing the bouquet was beyond their control, but their customer service is atrocious.
Appalling
I ordered flowers for my partner they failed to send plant food with them and flowers was near enough dead on arrival I’ve done everything to chase this up with them for the last couple of months and they’ve refused to do anything to rectify this I paid around £60 for expensive roses. Never again!

Avoid!!! Apparently the flowers arrived in poor quality or were dead and had to be thrown away. Did reach out to the company to resolve this, a few times. They didn't bother to respond. Won't be using again.
I received a so called bouquet on…
I received a so called bouquet on 05/04/26 in a battered box which looked like it had already been opened and taped up again with brown packing tape all over it. The box contained masses of leafs, which were dying with yellow stems and literally only 3 dead flowers and 1 pink plastic bobble flower. Sadly there wasn’t a card enclosed so I have no idea who exactly sent them and therefore I’m unable to contact them to thank for the thought and to let them know the condition in which they arrived. As there was nothing to salvage I had no choice but to put them in the recycling bin! I think this company should be reported to the Trading Standards Dept as they are definitely scamming people going by so many past bad reviews.

At the beginning of the week I ordered flowers for my partner and paid extra for next day delivery. They accepted the order and sent me a fake DPD tracking number. The order still says waiting to be dispatched on their website.
I rang DPD and the tracking number doesn’t exist in their system.

I paid £56 for flowers and next day delivery the website said with florists ready for dispatch for 3 days and there email for contact is shut down. The online message bot . You never get any answer . Very disappointed in customer service
Very disappointed in customer service. What I ordered was not what was delivered which was incredibly disappointing. I spent more than I usually would have done for flowers, but the other items that were supposed to be included in the pamper set looked brilliant and I felt would be a nice surprise for my friend's birthday. However this was not what was sent. I've tried to ring a number that I managed to find on trustpilot, but this is not in use and the only other point of contact is via email through the website. Sadly no one has contacted me despite me sending 2 emails to them. I'd definitely not recommend them and won't be using them again.

Flowers were delivered a day late but when they arrived they were very very nice. Actually better than the inter flora ones I ordered as a back up. I had read some negative reviews so feared the worst so ordered an alternative as I wanted my friend to receive the flowers. Turns out I didn’t need to (my friend was very spoilt).

Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day in good time with a delivery date the day before on behalf of my son. The flowers were eventually delivered on the Monday following and the flowers were dry and one bent in the stem. I wrote and sent photos. The flowers lasted only 5 days before wilting, and Ross confirmed a replacement bouquet will be issued ASAP as a replacement. I have since emailed about 6 more times asking for FD to respond. In my experience, their product quality is questionable, the deliveries sporadic, customer service almost non existent. Very disappointed with this company and would urge people to source their flowers elsewhere.
