Dreadful product, terrible supplier

I have been buying Flexiborder for over 2 years and the product has been consistently good. However, my recent delivery from Flexiborder was absolute rubbish. The product quality was abysmal, in that the edges had not been cut properly so the strip looked really messy and poor quality. The colour was completely different from the other grey Flexiborder strips I have already bought. One of the strips had split. One of them had been damaged in transit since the cardboard outer was not strong enough to protect the product.
I contacted Flexiborder with photos showing them the issues and they completely ignored my email.
So not only is the product quality terrible, but the customer service is also dire.
I do NOT recommend this supplier or this product.

Border for graden

Ordered 10 metre’s of green flexiborder and it came next day (very happy with that)
Just finished using it and can say it’s incredible.
Thank you for great service and product.

Ordered 24 meters of grey flexiborder…

Ordered 24 meters of grey flexiborder didn’t get a email to confirm order so emailed them myself, the next day got phone call confirming order and delivery everything went well. Took my time and must say it looks great. I was short off some ground pegs emailed and these were sent out to me. It’s cheaper to order from their own site and free next day delivery, trying to pay by PayPal is hit and miss this needs sorting. Was very weary reading the reviews but my experience has been positive.

There is ZERO support. No one will ever respond to you.

I have emailed 3 of their support emails, Instagram messaged and Facebook messaged them and still have had no reply. This is after I spent £200+ with them. There is ZERO customer support. Insane to me it's their header slogan on their website. *Just wanted to update - 4 months on and still NO response! Useless.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered some Flexiborder via the Range and when I requested a collection/refund on the 19th May, I heard nothing from this company for over a week. It was only when I chased the Range several times and the Range was going to process my refund, I heard from them.

A collection was scheduled, but DX didn't turn up to collect. The collection was then due the next day and again DX didn't turn up. I've now arranged a collection next week and asked for a refund to be processed asap before collection, they agreed to this.

I then chased the refund today and was told they wouldn't actually process it before the item was collected. The Range won't help and when I spoke with the retailer, they said that I should carry it to a post office (even though it's too heavy to carry) and that it was my fault there had been a delay as I work from the office and wasn't around for a collection sooner even though it took them over a week to contact me about the refund.

I'm now going to have to apply for a bank charge back to ensure I actually get this money back.

Ordered various lengths of the product…

Ordered various lengths of the product 6 meter and 2 meter .They only send out product in 1 meter length's confusing when ordering when I rang was told the info is in the how it works section ,problem is as a customer how am I expected to know that the site has information dotted over all of it and not in one specific place making it easy for customers not clear. ,ordering section is totally different .The choice when ordering is in 2,4,6,etc meter lengths up to 60 meter giving you the impression you order the full length you need ,and what happens after 60 meters can you not order above that very confusing. If you order extra pegs etc these are sent out separately by post ,no information regarding this on site so you think you have a shortage in your order, so you have to waste your time phoning up. Excuse is the warehouse will not open up orders to put the extra goods in the packages absolutely ridiculous . The extra pegs arrive some days later so you have to wait if you need them for the job. Joining the lengths is not the easiest and you do still have a very slight gap, which of course as they are such short lengths open if you are curving them. Better if they included a coloured silicone to get over this
Product is a lot smaller that the pictures on site give the impression that they might be ,yes the measurements are on the site if you go through the various sections but not at the ordering or invoice stage. As a customer I do not have time to search the whole site if I am on it I just want to order it. the various lengths options are slightly different in price going up and down over the length range 10 meters cost a little more than 6 meters no consistency
Some of the order around 50% was covered in excess product on the edges not cleaned off 1 length the holes to join it are off slightly so it is not a good match.
To order and be satisfied you need to be aware you have to look in all the sections be much easier to put all the info you need measurements info on extras, lengths of product on the order before you pay. I Was informed I would get £10 compensation not seen that yet. And today another set of pegs arrived obviously the ordering and delivery is not the best ,product seems ok ,costly, quality control needs improvement,

they dont ring you back

i rang the company early morning and asked for help with their product, i was met with an answerphone and so i left my message for someone to ring me back, no one rang me back so at 16.45 i rang them again and received a answerphone message again. no one rang me back
