BS5 is amazing
ordered BS5 with footrest, so comfortable especially for long study periods at the desk. My old chair used to give me back pain but not this one. Also really soft and comfortable and good footrest option to use.

Had a problem requiring a reset of the sit stand system. Flexipilot answered the call quickly and found a solution within a minute or two. The only thing I think could be improved was identifying me as a customer more quickly but essentially it was a great service.

Delivered the item fairly quickly, support was helpful when I had issue. In terms of their products, the chair I bought was of good quality, but a little too small for my height, so be careful to make sure you are well within their recommended height for the model you are looking at.

Had an issue with a height adjustable desk not working. Got quick reply from my initial contact with clear instructions on what I needed to provide. Was given clear hard reset instructions which worked and adjustment fully working again.

For the past month, I have been using a Flexispot standing desk, H3B-7040-PRO. Love it!
It was very easy to assemble. The materials were clearly of superior quality. And it is comfortable. Usually, I use the desk so that I stand at my computer. Today, I am sitting in a comfy living-room chair, and I have lowered the desk for that. Perfect!

Half a Desk, Full of Frustration
I ordered a desk from this company as a gift, and my experience has been a complete disappointment. When the delivery arrived, I received only one of the two boxes. At first, I thought there had been a mix-up with the delivery, but after calling the courier, I found out that he simply handed over what he was given, and the rest of the desk — the legs, the control panel, and all the necessary screws — was missing due to the company’s mistake.
Imagine my disappointment: the desk was supposed to be a gift, I was excited to have everything ready, and instead, I received just the tabletop with no way to assemble it. This is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. Time wasted, expectations ruined, and the gift cannot even serve its purpose.
Furthermore, when I started reading other customers’ comments, I realized I’m not the only one who has experienced this — many other people have faced similar problems. I hope the company resolves this quickly, but for now, my experience with ordering this desk has left me deeply disappointed.
Huge Disappointment of receiving only half of the products.
We bought this recliner sofa for our son who requested for it as his birthday gift. As we received the delivery, we waited for our son with his friends who were very much excited to unbox it and had taken the unboxing video in the social feed.
While unboxing it, we couldn't find the complete set of Sofa and only the top part was in it with no any part of the legs. This left everyone shocked and disappointed. My son said he wasn't even angry, just sad, embarrassed and disappointed. He described how it felt to be let down, this has left us very much sad and disappointed because we bought this for him to be happy and this is what he has experienced. We have never experience this before so we didn't even imagine this kind of things would happen.
We made all our hope up thinking that the delivery men could have forgotten the second box and managed to call the delivery after waiting a long queue on the phone, just to find out that it was the only box they have received from flexispot, sadly.
We then tried to call the Flexispot customer service number but couldn't get a hold of it and later it said there is no one to answer the phone as then i see it closes at 5pm.
We tried the online chat as well to deal about this matter but couldn't get any help rather then to wait until they become online leaving us very very stressful, full of disappointment and a dreadful experience!!
What a shame! It just ruined everyone's day. Thank you
