Quality product with quality support team
Ordered the E7 desk frame with a curved board. Arrived in 3 days in Belgium. I then decided to return the frame for the E7 Plus for comfort reason. I received the new frame only 2 days after ordering + the E7 was picked up at my place. I received the refund the next day on my bank account.

What's not to like
What's not to like! Free delivery, free returns. Plenty of time to try it out too. I (and my 2 boys) found it very comfy. Easy to use and fairly easy to assemble. Gutted it didn't fit in the space we wanted it for. So I had to return.
As for responding to my return they were quick and on the ball. If I need a recliner again and have more space then this chair and company is a no brainer. Definitely recommend.

Great experience & product
Ordered the E9 desk. Was dispatched quickly and received within 2 days. Pretty straightforward to assemble and super solid! Very happy with the whole thing.
Lost part
We lost/mislaid a part of the desk when moving my son back home. The Company were fantastic and quick in identifying what we needed and obtaining it.
The customer service team were helpful and managed to get a new part to us in less than a week
I was very impressed with their help in resolving the matter and we have a working desk at home now.
Terrible delivery service - AVOID!
Currently in the middle of a delivery nightmare. IT IS NOT A FAST DELIVERY - although the website says it is!
Flexispot use different providers for each part of the product you buy. I have had 1 delivery say it was delivered (but not) and then the other delivery only delivered 2 of the 3 items (of the same desk) i ordered.
I regret going with Flexispot. They made the desk seem like it was one item when i ordered but realistically they are delivering 4 separate items from different warehouses and different delivery providers. I had a delivery today of 2 parts but was not told it was going to happen today. Additionally, the helpdesk gives no times of when its open and doesn't appear to be open at 5.05pm.
My advice - go with a product that everything comes packaged as one product and not multiple. This model is a disaster, dreadful customer experience and I regret buying from Flexispot. Should have done GoStand as i was recommended, so I am passing off that advice as a warning to others.

£530 desk arrived damaged & with parts missing. Offered £20 compensation
I ordered a £530 desk last week, which was sent in 2 deliveries.
1st delivery (Evri) containing the desk top arrived damaged, with a large dent on the upper side.
2nd delivery with FedEx was meant to be 2 boxes, bit they only delivered one & marked the item as 'returned to merchant' on the online tracking.
I asked for a new desk top & the remaining parts to be sent & today received an email offering me £20 for 'manageable damage'!
Not sure how a £530 desk with a hole in & one leg can be used, but I'm not trying it for £20.

Really good costumer service, Anna Marie solved our questions and checked everything in no time.
As well the waiting time to talk to someone was less than 30 seconds.
Quick problem resolution - great product
Purchased an EG1 (legs only) from flexispot just under a year ago and have had no issues until recently. when i moved house the legs wouldn't go all the way down. called up and was told to hold the down button for 20 seconds to reset the controller - fixed!!
From memory delivery was quick and efficient and i'm still really happy with the product a year later. the value you get is great i think i only paid £119.99 at the time and still get good use every day

My first experience of purchasing directly through Flexispot has been terrible.
Considering the premium price you pay for their products. Their customer service calls well below par.
Having purchased the E7 Pro for my home office, it was very disappointing that only half the desk arrived. The top and the cable management unit.
No frame / legs.
No delivery date or time was provided. So it was lucky I was home to receive what I thought was the complete desk.
By the time I unpacked it all and realised there were no legs, it was too late at night to phone the customer services.
The online chat agent said that maybe the item was too bulky to be delivered, which I find astounding, seeing that the desk top and cable management system both came in large boxes, and that it will arrive in another delivery, but no date, time or tracking number was available.
I then tried phoning the customer support number given to me by the online agent and so far I have been on hold for over an hour! They automatically disconnect you after 21 minutes, and I have phoned back in three times.
This is the worst aftercare / customer support I have ever experienced and at the moment I only have half a desk with no idea if or when the legs will arrive.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company - you will be sorely disappointed.
We ordered the waffle recliner and were sent two of three packages. When I called to enquire about the missing parts the customer service agent said it would be with us by Monday and blames the courier.
I then found out the third component was never dispatched to the courier.
Tried contacting customer services through there channels and finally get a response telling me the item is out of stock and I’ll need to wait 2-3 months.
I have half a chair now sitting in my front room that’s utterly useless I’m out of pocket £400 and will have to pay for the useless parts to be removed or stored.
Absolutely disgraceful

Delivery in two parts by two DIFFERENT courier firms
Bought a lotus swivel recliner armchair. The communication was dreadful. The chair came in a box labelled 1 of 2, the courier said that he didn't have a second box. We contacted the company they told us the second box was with a different courier company and gave us a tracking number. When we tried this it said it had been delivered- it hadn't. Tried flexispot again and they said to ask the neighbours. We only have one and they weren't even there and hadnt been for weeks. To cut a long story short, the second courier did come.
The chair itself is ok. We ordered light grey, but it is very very light, we had chosen the grey as we thought it might show marks less than the cream, but this will not be the case. The chair is ok, you do need to careful when you sit on it as it rocks a lot, we didn't expect such rocking motion, but other than the initial shock we quite like this as you can fidget but gently rocking and swiveling so it's very calming, just disappointed with the colour, but that is always the problem with buying online.
Great customer service - C7 Wave review
Ordered the Wave C7 with foot rest. After having the chair for 3 months, the footrest unfortunately broke.
The customer service team was kind and responsive and a replacement was quickly organised and I received it within a week.
Chair is well made and offers great lumbar support. The adjustable arm rests are very loose and spin too easily when leaning on them with my elbow. Which is my only negative
I will be ordering again from the company in the future.
