If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. They advertise zero interest, but they still charge you heavily—even if you pay on time. It's misleading and frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from them

Its a scam who hide under legal lines ....I took this for my dentist care to help me pay it was suppose to be interest free but after 3 month with the insurance ( that I didnt knew about ) card fee ect its was up to 300 $ more than my 2800 plan so not so much for interest free
I accidently paid my account twice through my banks automatic payment system.
Flexiti's refund process is extremely arduous!
Their telephone reps had no authority to help, including an upline ccomplaints representative.
Their refund timeline est is 30 days.
This is unacceptable in these economic times.
scammers ... criminal to use 39% because promotion ended!! u should be in jail..... shame on u!
Do NOT engage in ANY business dealings with this corporation! They may start off treating you with seeming respect BUT they are manipulators WHO DO NOT respect basic business practices much less the law. We started with this firm in May 2022. Being on a limited pension budget and needing a new mattress, we were lured into using them because of the ease of getting their 'financing' through the furniture company. As we engaged in a formalized wedding, we used them for more items in the early spring of 2023. Easy peasy. We are NOT stupid. Their 'contract signing fees' make their financing ludicrous compared to bank financing. Convenient. "Interest free!" financing, so they shouted on more documents... And then... We are on meagre pensions. We get paid once per month at the end of each month. WE specifically asked about due dates with each purchase and understood that these would be the 27th of each month. This was so. Indeed, one month this summer the due date was the 28th... Then, suddenly, in October 2023, their due date arbitrarily became the 23rd. And again in November. We called, asked why. They claimed it was their 'billing cycle'. We asked them to ensure that it was the 27th of each month as provided by EVERY other business we deal with. They refused. In December, their 'due date' changed to December 22. Today, because we refuse to play their games, we received a threatening call from one of their 'agents'. I listened to this gal tell us that, because December 23 was a Saturday, they arbitrarily advanced this 'due date' to December 22. CANADIAN LAW FORBIDS THIS. IF a due date falls on a weekend OR holiday, the business is to change it to the first day AFTER that holiday happens. WHICH MEANS that, even IF this company had ANY LEGAL right to change these due dates, they should have had a December due date of December 26, 2023. IT IS CLEAR that they DO NOT care one whit about contractual rights of ANY CLIENT. STAY AWAY from these vultures!!!

Looks like a scam. Its in their fine prints (which customer care will not disclose while you are taking the promotional offers) that if you miss two payments in a year, they will lapse your all your zero interest payment plan promotion and then you will have to pay 39% interest rate on your purchase which is twice any credit card interest rate. This has happened with me, and even though I paid immediately after receiving the non-payment email, I am told that I will have to pay 39.9% interest on all my purchases and all promotions on my account has seized. My only option now is either to pay off the total due asap or keep paying the 39% interest rate. So if this is not fooling people and camming money than what is?
I find FAIRSTONE promotion plan much more worthy as I don't see this kind of a thing happening with them. Glad that I did not use FLEXITI for all my purchases and half of my purchase was on FAIRSTONE which gave a similar zero interest payment plan on my purchase from Ashley.
Needless to say I am not using FLEXITI again and will NOT recommend to anyone else.
Severely disappointed with FLEXTI!
Very bad company when you register yourself than their insurance get added automatically and charge very high fees compared to other Mastercards.I get cheated by this company through insurance and I was told 6 months interest free and I got this and I registered online unaware of insurance and get charged 600$ in 6 months and when I ask about this .no answer from them . Be very careful when you are registering card online .big big scammers this guys
the registration process is so lame and not user-friendly. Got the credit card when using wayfair, and the whole activating process takes more than 30mins, and needs to finish it by calling the client service. The lady on the call was with a heavy accent, and hardly to understand.
Will cancel the service after the 1st statement
Credit card, only seems to be for places like furniture and jewelry shops which give you great payment plans (like not paying for a year), this card is 37.99%, crazy!
