These guys steal your information and repeatedly charge you for a fake membership that wasn't part of your original transaction when you order their product. You will get charged hundreds of dollars over a week after your initial interaction. They are thieves.

Advertised the knee wrap for $9.99 and was charged that on top of $49.99 (March 15,2026)for a subscription that I did not agree to. Then a couple of days later (March 17,2026)was charged another $149.99 for the same thing. I’ve contacted them many times over this matter and was told I would get a full refund. This is a legitimate SCAM!!! I have yet gotten my money back!! Will be contacting the authorities over this matter! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!

It’s a scam. Do not buy from this company. They have charged me 50 dollars for a meebrshop I did not sign up for and when I emailed them they told me they would refund me the money which they haven’t but instead tried to charge me a further 150 dollars for no reason. It is a total scam. Do not buy from them.

I just bought the 9.99 knee wraps , and these bastards charged me 49.99 then the next day charged me again for 149.99 I have sent them more than 150 emails asking to stop the transactions and send me a refund . My bank just suspended future charges . I have to wait 1-2 days until these two transactions finalized so the bank can dispute these charges . I will keep sending emails until they get tired of me .

I purchased the knee strap and was charged 300 dollars without my consent. Will probably never receive the knee brace either. They sign you up for a bogus online gym fitness subscription.

Initial charge for product followed by another triple charge immediately flagged by credit card for fraud. Subsequently blocked by credit provider.

Totally a scam, advertising on FB to get users to mis their automatic subscription membership. They then send you an email stating that they put the notice of subscription on each step of their purchase process - which is a total lie. There is no mention at all of the $50 subscription fee. This is a scam

This is a scam. They offer their knee wrap product that looked legit and then somehow they try to bill you for some "fitness membership" which isn't evident when ordering from the phone. No pop up stating you'd be billed or a membership at all. Only way I found this out is that I received a charge for over $149 on my account and thankfully it was declined. Buyer beware...this is not a legit company.

Scam. Should have looked up reviews on here. Ordered 2 knee supports for $20, and then had a random $49.99 charge show up a week later. I did not sign up for this. I've emailed them for a refund, but don't have high hopes. Will likely need to call my MasterCard company to get the charges reversed. Buy literally anything else than from this company.

They sign you up for a $49.99 per month subscription without telling you when you order their $9.99 patellar support knee straps. Then they provide no way to cancel the subscription. Very deceptive business practices. I had to file a complaint with the police.

Scam. Ordered straps and then a week later was billed for a monthly $50 subscription. And cannot find a way to get it canceled. No idea why this would have a subscription. Calling my credit card. Still waiting in the 9.99 straps. Do not order from Flex wrap!!!!

I am now being charged 49.99 and I see now on their website a pop up saying this is a membership to their fitness program. Mentions the 49.99 and it being charged 4 times, not when or why but that they will be billing. This is theft.

Never received order. I have emailed twice and I get an email back saying they will email me info shortly and I never get the email. They are a scam.

Product is junk. Crap from China. Ordered the knee straps. They could have fit a middle schooler. Emailed back got a return address. But I had to pay to send back. $7.95 they received them last Monday. Still pending a refund. Emailed them today for status. They said they never received them, even though I have the tracking number and confirmed delivery. Now I’m out the $33 I paid, plus the $7.95 I paid to return them. After I sent a screenshot of the tracking the communication stopped.

Extremely poor customer service. Products do not arrive.with instructions. Requested instructions over 3 weeks to return the product repeatedly using their online form, email, and DM on Facebook- without a response. They dont list the phone number on tje wevsite either. Very upsetting and dissatisfied with FlexWrap.

Paid for my flexstrap and didn't even arrive. Emailed them and didn't even get a response! £32 down the pan! Fuming!!
Do not use this so called company!!

Really poor service. No indication on the website that it’d take over 3 weeks to receive (and that’s with a postage charge of £5) and am not looking forward to getting these given the negative quality comments I’ve just read on here.

The strap broke after only the second time using it , emailed there customer support to be told I can send there faulty product back to them at my cost ( to China ) would probably cost as much as the strap cost £25 ! Do not use this company shocking customer service and a cheaply made product that broke on second time of using!
