As all the reviews have said it’s a scam product, cheaply made. Mine lasted about 2 months and the strap loops broke. Took pictures and emailed 4 times with no response. Don’t buy save your money

Waiting and waiting. Did not read reviews before buying. I agree with many that this is a scam company. No one will respond to the many emails I've sent. No phone. Shame on me for not doing the research I normally do. Will work with credit card company to see if I can get refund. Only fools will try to buy this scam.

My product arrived damaged. The outside and inside packaging had a big slice across it and was taped over. The actual flex strap also has a big slice in it. I emailed flex strap support about it and they asked me for pictures, which I sent. I have now sent three emails with no response back from them as to getting a replacement. Horrible customer service! I want a new flex strap or my money refunded and cannot get anyone to reply to my emails. I have not been able to find a phone number to call as well. Extremely disappointed!

UPDATE: Finally the product arrived. Paid for 2 day shipping but unable to see this cost on my order.
Dollar store quality. No elasticity in the strap. No different than your belt off a robe.
No curved sleeve for your foot. The foot part reminds me of the flip flops at a nail salon. Lost money as this product came from China. Now I have to buy a real PT flex strap.

Product never showed up and now tracking is giving an error message. I normally check reviews and didn’t due to sciatica. PLEASE be aware that this company isn’t legit.

Overpriced tat from China. For what it is, exact same products are available on amazon for a quarter of price.

Most disappointing was there was 0 instruction or video on how to actually use this proudct. Just a low quality PDF with generic info from Google.

Let down as the marketing is appealing.

Deliberately misleading adverts. They claim "Chiropractors do not want you to know this, Flextrap is disrupting the industry". This appears to be blatantly dishonest, where is the evidence that there is a conspiracy from healthcare professionals against their product? None is given. Avoid.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered the product over 2 months ago and still haven't received anything. I've tried emailing and filling in online forms, multiple times and 2 months later no response and no money back.

I purchased two flexstraps as part of a two-for-one deal, and received them earlier this week. I had owned (and loved) a CastleFlexx, but left it in a hotel when traveling and wanted something more portable to use on the road.

These are sturdy, were packaged well and are very effective for stretching calves and hamstrings, resulting in a decrease in my back pain. They are also light and easy to transport, making them great for travel. My only constructive feedback is that they took approximately 3 weeks to arrive, and the foot strap is a bit awkward to attach if you have back pain or mobility challenges.

Castle Flexx remains my favourite as it is easier to use (requires no strapping in the foot) and has a lot of videos to demonstrate various stretches, but for the price, the flex-strap is an effective and budget-friendly alternative. I recommend it.

It’s a scam, they pretend to be a UK business yet it’s all from China! DO NOT buy buyer beware!

Once I realised this was the case I contacted them to cancel the order and get a refund but they won’t issue it. Furthermore I should have checked but no return UK address is available so the so called 30 day money back guarantee is also a scam!!!

Scanned the code as directed on the card provided. Directed to Etsy. The site did not know flexstrap or FlexStrap. NOT happy!!!!!!!

dreadful piece of kit and costs a fortune to return

Purchased on Facebook with offer for free yoga mat. They state not to add to order as they automatically send it. There was no option to add to order anyway. Took a long time to dispatch, then weeks to arrive even though they show a quick dispatch and delivery time on their site. It’s from some cheap Chinese company, not a Flexstrap product at all! It didn’t come with exercise pamphlet as stated and took over a month to receive ebook, which has no useful exercise info explaining how to do them, no safety advice either, which is poor for a product to help bad backs. They didn’t send the yoga mat and claimed none left when I contacted them, and no offer to compensate in another way even though they always do bogof offers. No solution to resolve so despite their 30 day test and return if unhappy offer, no return was offered for the product still new in its packet! And communication was ignored past chasing delivery. If you try to claim against your card they deny the offer and state you had to add to order, even though the mat wasn’t listed to buy and it clearly states not to do this on all there offers by their terms. So it’s just a scam for your money by a company who doesn’t even own the product, and you can buy this same product for £7 on Amazon, something they charge over £20 for! Now I have to work out how to use this junk! Or give it away! YouTube maybe?! Or straight to charity?! As flexstrap don’t even want it back!!

Order flex strap. Finally turned up and when it did it was cheap, nasty and didn't work.
Tried to return it under their 30day money back guarantee and no one got back in contact.
