Two contact attempts (with their form) so far, plus calls with no answer. I am trying to find some warranty on string lights I bought from Menard's a year ago. They are already failing (lights dimming and failing). I'm hoping just a defective item.
I purchased several of these hoses after my first one. To me they are the best hose I have ever purchased. I have an orchard and no way to water except by hose. these never tangle or bend. But when one of my hoses became damaged I contacted the company and they wrote me back within hours. They ask for pictures and information from the hose. I sent them the information and again within hours I had a reply that a new hose was on the way. To me that was awesome for a company to stand by their product and to reply within hours not days. This is a company that has my business for ever.
